Many years have passed and it seems many have complained about this as well, a trend of reduced useful functionality from the app, not listening to customers that want it back and never wanted it gone to begin with, and instead of adding back what users of the app actually want, they instead decided to start adding Zelle, a commonly used app favored by scammers instead. Bring back the functions we want, Zelle isn’t even needed and definitely not desired even in the slightest. It’s actually really surprising to see a bank not know any better about Zelle. Please listen to the customer.
