No readily available monthly stmt for mortgage neither. No messaging platform. No Zelle. There’s more but i forget. ### 2/5 — Online payments *2026-06-12* When making mortgage payments, it would be nice to be add additional payments to the principal and showing the past payments. There is no option for that. Also, no option to see your past payments. ### 1/5 — terrible. *2024-04-18* have to change my password almost everytime i want to log in. so annoying. ### 1/5 — Really annoying *2022-06-15* I’m canceling everything with this bank because I can never log in. I don’t see the point in setting a password when you force me to change it 20 times a year. This is the only app or bank that requires me to do that and I will be moving all banking to my others. Face ID is inconsistent, at certain times the app is updating or something and does not allow login. Navigation, compared to other banking apps or credit card apps, is not simple. Just overall needs to be updated and have bugs worked out. ### 1/5 — MCCU *2021-03-03* Have not been able to open app with my iPhone for 2 weeks now. Constantly crashes. Extremely annoying.
