The bad….this app on an iPad does not rotate to landscape. It always stays in the portrait mode which in this day is just stupid. I share a joint account with my spouse but the debits do not show from which debit card the purchase was made. It sure would be nice to include that on the statement. My WellsFargo accounts do show who made the purchase with corresponding card numbers. Always greeted with a smile and so willing to help! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Please banking programmers *2025-12-17, version 25.1.0* The application is so trash and non user friendly that it ruins the purpose of an app which is to help automate services like paying bills and viewing bills. Things to do better please programmers: -Links: taking you to sites but no exit button to go back to app if there is it is not easy to find, making you have to restart to login -Just picky but make the phone number a link so if people are having so much issue with the app it’s easier to call. - FaceId is not working properly and keeps giving error even though I called customer service like they asked. Every time I try to use it I can do one thing and then I keep getting a notice telling me to RETRY and you can’t get past it. I close all of my apps and try to go back in and I get a message telling me that an error has occurred and gives me a number to call. So you call the number, it’s no good!! I inevitably have to delete the app and wait to reinstall it, or I continue to get an error. I bank with another credit union and never once had any issues. Crooks!! ### 1/5 — Bill pay *2023-05-02, version 19.5.1* Very frustrated & mad that when I set up bill pay & selected the acct to pay from, it doesn’t save that acct!! It defaults to the first checking acct opened! I have a minor w/ a checking acct & the acct was opened 1st. So it defaults all bills to that acct! If an act is selected when bill pay set up or if you switch the acct it should stay with that acct until changed again. NOT every time you go to do bill pay. This needs to be fixed!! That is a lot of money taken from the customer that is not right!!! ### 1/5 — Poor Service *2023-04-07, version 19.5.1* My app sometimes barely loads also depends on my internet network but none the less their app is very glitchy and slow and has had errors for me to sign in and have had to delete and redownload a few times. Also my card has been disabled when ordering online sometimes or other companies think there’s fraud going on when I use their card really weird not often but has happened few times. Also when you go to their drive through expect on most days to be sitting there 10 min just to deposit some cash. So turn your car off don’t waste your gas.
