I mean no one cared to put any idea like - let only the complainants close the complain if they are satisfactory and if no response the complain closes itself in 15 days once the work is done. The feedback button is broken. It’s a one way loop. The feedback button appears like the ears on the face of MCD officials - just for aesthetic purposes. Doesn’t really do anything. There is an option where you can raise grievances against the various departments but the app designers didn’t put themselves into it. Like where do you complain against the app itself when so many features are just not working. My guess is, crores were spent in making this app and that expenditure explains why the app work like the way it does. ### 1/5 — Useless app, no work is getting done *2026-01-30* I have raiser multiple issues on this app and because no one is accountable they close the ticket saying it pertains to DDA. Even the cleaning issues are not getting resolved and they close the ticket attaching the photos of some other place. ### 1/5 — You can’t select photos from your gallery *2025-11-06* If you are trying to report monkeys in your area- Open the App > Complaints > New Complaint > take picture from the app, then proceed to get to safety. Because the app will not let you select a picture from your gallery. Also- the complaint can’t be raised without a picture as pictures are mandatory. This is great because if it’s difficult to raise complaints then they won’t get raised- and statistics will show that there are few issues. ### 1/5 — This app is useless. *2025-09-05* There is flooding going on in Wazirabad and we have logged it on the app. It’s day 4 now and the water as reached to our knees. Not one MCD person showed up. ### 3/5 — Govt officials not adapting change *2025-08-27* This app is good initiative taken by group of officials to see the change but unfortunately they failed to share or communicate their vision to government officials who need to act on the issue raised by citizens. Only few respond to the complaints. Most of them resolved without any action. But I believe one they this bubble will bust someone will review the complaints and take correct actions against by adding SLA. Appreciate one thing. They equipped citizens if officials resolve complaints you may re-open till it actually closed ### 1/5 — Keeps getting stuck on new complaints page *2025-05-30* Most times when I try to make a new complaint it gets stuck on Create New Complaint page. Keeps showing the loading wheel for infinite time ### 1/5 — Worst App *2025-04-14* This app is of no use no matter how many complaints you lodge they’ll never take any action and close the complaint without any solution or giving any genuine reason!! Delhi is doomed hub of illegal activities everywhere!!! ### 1/5 — Useless app: No action is ever taken *2025-04-09* I am not sure how much money government spent to make this app, but it is useless. If you are raising complaint here then you are wasting your time. No one ever resolves the issue as whole Delhi has become land of illegal activities. The government doesn’t want to stop anything illegal in Delhi because of votes. I had raised complaint of illegal redhi patri in IP Extension encroaching the footpaths and openly having couch on footpath to smoke cigarette outside my apartment but no action has been taken. I have raised it multiple times and also have raised email to commission of MCD but no one cares. Whole Delhi has become land of Redhi patri and illegal vendors, illegal construction yet no one cares. Ministers and big officers live in Lutyens Delhi which is always kept nice so they don’t care about anyone else. Illegal activities > legal concerns ### 1/5 — Pathetic as expected by govt *2025-04-07* None of their call centres numbers are active. Cannot login because it says account inactive contact support team. No way to track a complaint. I submitted a complaint through website two days ago but the person complaint has been assigned to is not picking up phone. And sometimes keep the phone off. Remember they are getting paid from our taxes for free because they are not doing their work. ### 1/5 — Worse service *2025-03-10* I had an extremely frustrating experience with 311. I submitted two complaints about the same issue, but both times, their system marked them as "resolved" without actually addressing the problem. It's clear that the service is either ineffective or lacks proper follow-through. This kind of response is truly disappointing, especially coming from a government service.
