About this app MCD services app is developed for providing services which MCD provide to the people of Delhi residing the jurisdiction od Municipal limits. This app provides civic services like issuing of birth and death certificate checking the status of these certificates and the services related to the property tax. Install MCD services app for your comfort Simply download the app on your device (phone or tablet)and register as a CITIZEN or as an OFFICER. The registered user can easily login and the user will be taken to the home screen where you will find the facility related to birth and death certificate and property tax. Delhi municipal corporation launched its online platform under eGOVERNANCE initiative for the ease of citizens of Delhi to avail the services easily via mobile application .Ther mobile application is to facilitate the citizen of Delhi to use the services provided by the MCDONLINE.NIC.IN portal or through mobile application .The users can now avail the web portal services through the mobile application. Services available under this application are: 1. Property Tax 2. Birth and Death status Major feature of the application: -> Download digitally generated certificate of birth and death with a unique registration number. -> Can track the status of the birth and death -> Can pay the property tax. -> Easy to access as no need of any web browser and to remember URL. -> Facilitate where internet lease live or land lines are not available but mobile internet is available. -> Easy user interface. Birth and Death status Through this facility on our mobile app any one can easily download the digitally generated certificate and track the status of our certificate. Birth certificate is used as date of birth proof in various department like driving, passport ,voter, pan card with the admission in the school any government official work. similarly death certificate enable settlement of the property inheritance and to authorized family to collect the insurance amount. Property tax: Through this facility on our app any one can easily pay tax using mobile and view the details about the property and at the last user can generate the payment receipt. Property tax is a mandatory tax that has been created by the government and entrusted to the countries to the different states to be collected. Not working- Times Out *2025-06-28, version 2.8* Since last 10 days tried this app to pay House tax. Daily tried for 30 minutes, wasted approx 300 minutes. Always times Out before payment. Worst app ever encountered. However, last year the payment was done in few seconds . When you hit update, it still shows update prompt again and again making it impossible to proceed further. But its not getting updated when given consent to update. Same update message is popping up again and again. Have deleted and reinstalled the app, still same. When we press the open button it takes back to the App where the update button pops up. After paying Property tax, it says update the application but never updates the application. On pressing update button, it does not download the update. It again takes to the app. It goes in loop and does not work. I deleted the app and downloaded again. But same error is coming.
