Whenever I tried to order, login, or even sign-up for the app, it only says there is an error. Retry? It doesn't work. The only words I could see in this app was there is an error. What the heck.

They messed up my order, but there’s no contact information or complaint system. I paid for food that I didn’t go to receive and there’s no way for me to contact them on the app.

I’m a bit disappointed. As others have mentioned there’s an English option until you get to the address section. I was only going to rate with a 3 star but then I saw the other comments (wish I’d read before I downloaded the app, what a tease). These reviews are from 2 years ago. I don’t like the attitude Americans are giving and I’m wondering if that is why no one has updated the app. But I’m begging for an update, please. I would’ve learned Korean if I’d known I’d live here but everything was such short notice. So I apologized ahead of time for coming to South Korea with only knowing basic Korean.

There is an English option until it is time to put in your address.  Then it is only in Korean.  If I need the English option to order, why in the hell would be able to enter my address in Korean!?!?  Maybe finish the app and make the instructions in English, or better yet, how about using my location like the rest of the free world.  Thanks for the wasted effort and the half-assed app.  

Side note, late night, coming home on the train and really want a cheeseburger.  So I might be a bit emotional right now, but I really want a cheeseburger.

Address doesn’t work even though it’s exactly the same for shuttle. Why can it use NAVER location or accept my address? Why does there have to be a separate app to order delivery?

This place is a ripoff. I ordered food, it was never delivered. The app said delivered. I waited outside 30 minutes. 

No option for reporting issues with orders, where the order came from or delivery driver contact. 

Stole $20 from me! I’m still trying to figure out how to pursue the money recovery.

I can’t input my address. Whenever I do it pops up in Korean saying no apartment information.. I inputted my address exactly as it says on my lease and the same address I use with shuttle. Add gps location.

So a lot of the complaints are mainly about the lack of English for address. There is no English system for address in Korea and when the driver is coming to you the address has to be in Korean to properly arrive. Next many people seem to not u understand that in Korea there are two systems for address which is the broad address used for shipping mail and such and local one usually the one you put in delivery apps, give your job, etc. so when you try to punch in your mailing address and it normally gives you a different singular option that’s usually the local address you need to use. Also you need to put you room ”#호“ in the typing box afterwards so they know what room your in be it a hotel, or a apartment. Next on the topic of refunds, the app normally actually tells you where your order has come from or if you receive your order and it’s wrong all you have to do is call the restaurant and talk to them(yes this will require Korean because YOU ARE IN KOREA YOU IDIOT. Another thing some don’t realize is if you didn’t put your room number in correctly they will attempt to call you but if you don’t have a Korean phone number they can’t after a little bit of waiting they will just leave without any notification…. (Once again this is YOUR FAULT)

Lastly if you are in a foreign country where the pro dominant language is not English do not expect them to cater to you or if they are don’t expect it to be perfect. This is all coming from a 20yr old American who has been living as a college student here for 2 years. AKA I went straight from being a highschool child to a Adult in a foreign country and yet I still didn’t have as smooth a brain as many of the complaining people in this apps reviews.

This app works like it’s supposed to and our food was delivered fast. I had a small issue entering my address at first and then figured it out in no time!

This app has saved me so many times when I’m hungover af and need iced coffee and an injection of salt into my severely dehydrated body. I delete and reinstall it constantly because it’s so easy to use that I gain a lot of weight if I don’t delete it. But everyone knows that I will just reinstall it next Sunday morning.

I love ordering MacDonald 
The delivery is nice and the staff is also nice and they way they place the food on the bag is nicely, really good.

Whenever I’m lazy to go to Mac Donald, I used the delivery app for sure because it’s faster and the food still hot and tasty! 

I would definitely recommend it!!😊

Easy to use, you just need to input your address in Korean. 
Payment can be made upon delivery so signing up for a payment method is not necessary.

Been living in Korea for 6+ years. North Americans only wish they had 24 hour McDonald delivery, so it’s amazing to use this app especially on those nights with 3am munchies. But 50% of the time, the app is so buggy, that you can’t order what you want. The developers need more support from McDonald’s Korea!! Give them a raise or get better developers for heaven’s sake. Burger King Korea just upgraded their app and their UXUI is amazing. Are you going to fall behind, MkyDees?! Step up!
