Can’t make an order after 6 time try with 1 time code to confirm order by cash. Always show errors. If your app still has fault, don’t launch it!

Plain and simple. Had it installed (and updated), but when opening it says it’s out of date. Uninstall and reinstall it and then you get the eternal spinning wheel. Don’t bother.

This app used to work fine, but for the last couple of weeks it times out on the payment screen. This is not just on my phone, the same is true for other people I know.

Soooooo much spam notifications on a daily basis, in both Vietnamese and English. And this is with “Commercial notifications” turned off in settings.

I want to order directly from the restaurant rather than a third party app so they don’t have to pay commission, but now they use Grab drivers anyway. So deleting the app and ordering from Grab moving forward.

Most likely coded by a team of 9 year olds.

Crashes regularly. The user is consistently logged out and then login credentials will cease to work.
During the registration process if you attempt to use auto fill for your email - the app will crash. Good luck registering your phone number, because the required format is not specified and even if you try every possible combination, it will still be rejected. 

Fire the developers.

As soon as I type in my registration information, it dies. Total use of space.

The app crashes when you try to automatically populate the email address during the registration process. You have to manually enter your email address to get it to work. But then the problem is the SMS activation message is never sent from the app, and you cannot verify your account. Please fix the activation process for registering a new account.

I have  success rate of about 50% when ordering with cash. The app crashes out and requires a restart.

Credit card payments don’t work at all (tried both visa and MasterCard with two local cards and an international). 

I only use the app because nowhere else delivers coffee at 6AM, so I guess that’s a positive?

Considering how much business they do it’s amazing they can’t get this system right. It mostly works, but people don’t use McDonald’s because it’s kind of mostly functional. It needs to be reliable. You need to make sure the stores can post when they’re unavailable and the ap updates to reflect that, instead of allowing orders when stores are closed. Also need to make sure orders are modifiable without error.
