I am shocked, that people get salary for this kind of terrible work. White font on a grey background. Impossible even register. You have an English and Arabic option, but still to write an address you should know Hebrew. I hope the main office of MacDonalds would see how you disgrace them and would delete this terrible app.

הזמנתי הזמנה והיא לא הגיע לחצתי על משלוח עד הבית והם שינו לי לאיסוף עצמי כבר שהאשראי חויב ולא אספתי את ההזמנה כי לא הייתי מודעת לזה שינו וחיכיתי והם פתאום ביטלו את ההזמנה עקב בעיה בכרטיס אבל ממש לא כבר שילמתי והאשראי עבר טוב מאוד דיברתי עם נציגה היא טוענת שההזמנה לא חויבה אבי לאחר מיכן היא בדקה טוב וראתה שהאשראי חייב והיא אומרת שההזמנה גם נאספה איך נאספה עם לא אספתי היא אמרה שעוד מאט היא תחזור עם מענה של מה אפשר לעשות עם זה כבר שבוע ועדיין לא חזרה בושה

מקדונלדס היקר. 
אני לא יודע כמה שילמתם לחברת “inmanage ltd” על פיתוח האפליקציה שלכם, אבל רוצה להגיד שהנוכלים האלה לא יודעים כלום על עיצוב וממשק דיגיטלי. האפליקציה שלכם לא שימושית בכלל (למשל טקסט לבן על רקע לבן בכל שדות של כתובת וכו׳). סליחה שאני כל כך ישר אבל זה לא יושב לי בראש שאנשים מוכנים לשלם כסף על האפליקציה ששימושיות שלה נמצאת מתחת לכל ביקרת. אני בטוח שאתם מפסידים המון כסף מפני שאנשים לא יכולים אפילו להזין כתובת למשלוח...תסתכלו בבקשה על סגנון עיצובי של האפליקציות בכל המדינות המתקדמות ותבינו שהאפליקציה שלכם נראת כאילו זה מקדונלדס בקונגו (תסלחו לי תושבי קונגו). ואולי תעשו משהו כשאתם מקבלים רק כוכב אחד בביקורות באפסטור (אולי זה הסימן שמשהו לא מסתדר ללקוחות). אני פשוט בהלם שאני חייב להראות לכם את הטעויות שלכם ואתם לא רואים אותם. האפליקציה פשוט גועל נפש. תודה.
