The McDonald's official app offers not only daily coupons and latest information but also allows you to complete your order and payment seamlessly.


Features Available:

Enjoy exclusive coupons that can be used in-store or through mobile orders. Show the coupon number to the staff by selecting "Use in Store" or choose a coupon from the mobile order menu category.

• Discover the Latest News
Find recommended news and products tailored to you right on the home screen.
• Order and pay via the App with Mobile Order
You can complete your order and payment entirely through the app. Skip the line and receive your food directly at your table (not available in certain restaurants or hours).
• Order from home and have your meal delivered by McDelivery® Service via the App.



How to Use Mobile Order:
Step 1: Log In
To use coupons or place an order, you need to register and log in. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it via the "Forgot Password" option. Please ensure that you can receive emails from info@nsp.mdj.jp.
Step 2: Choose a Restaurant
Select the restaurant where you would like to receive your order. Please check the available restaurants in the app.
Step 3: Select Your Menu
Choose your favorite menu items. Coupons can also be used. Please note that some coupons available for mobile orders may differ from those available at the Front Counter.
Step 4: Choose Your Pickup Method
Select from table delivery (table service), counter pickup, takeout, park & go, or Drive-Thru. Pickup options may vary by restaurant and time. Table service, park & go, and drive-thru are not available at all locations.
Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method
You can pay with a credit card (VISA, Master, JCB, Diners, American Express), d-Barai, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, LINE Pay, or Apple Pay .
Please Complete the Following Step After Arriving at the Restaurant
Step 6: Receive Your Order
Once you arrive at the restaurant, confirm your payment to start the preparation of your order. Enjoy your freshly prepared food.



How to Use McDelivery® Service:
Step 1: Log In
To place an order, you need to register and log in. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it via the "Forgot Password" option. Please ensure that you can receive emails from info@nsp.mdj.jp.
Step 2: Select Delivery Address and Time
Choose whether you want to order now or reserve a delivery time. Reservations can be made from one day to two hours prior to the desired delivery time.
Step 3: Select Your Menu
Choose your favorite menu items.
Step 4: Choose Your Payment Method
You can pay with cash, credit card (VISA, Master, JCB, Diners, American Express), d-barai, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, LINE Pay, or Apple Pay . Please note that cash payments are not available at some locations.
Step 5: Receive Your Order
Our delivery staff will bring your freshly prepared meal to your specified address. If you prefer a no-contact delivery, you can select the "Leave at the Door" option when ordering.
• Please note:
  • Delivery times vary by location.
  • Orders for the breakfast menu must be placed by 10:20 AM.
  • Minimum order value is ¥1,500 (¥1,000 for breakfast).
  • A delivery fee of ¥300 applies.

Order, delivery, and store map do not work over WiFi. 
Only works on cellular data with WiFi disabled. 

The app is fine. But why can’t I use it with WiFi?

The app doesn’t send you any emails to verify your account or the authentication code, unable to order through the app.

Since a few updates ago the app can’t locate any stores if I’m using WiFi. Disable WiFi and it works just fine. 
 iOS 18.7.2 with latest version of app installed July 9, 2026. Not using VPN. 
 Besides the WiFi issue, I like the app overall. I use it to place orders just before arriving at the store. (No delivery in my area)

The app only works over a cellular connection. When connected to wifi, even McDonald’s own wifi, it will give ‘an unexpected error has occurred’ everytime without fail.

友達とマック行って楽しくポテト食べてたら店員が話しかけてきたんだけど。そこまではいいとして、そこからなんかアプリを入れろとかなんとか言ってきて強制的にアプリ入れられた。しかもアンケート答えろとかなんとかでマジでイライラした。ポテトは冷めてるし。マジで時間の無駄だったわ。だからあの店には行かないことにしたんだけど、他のマックに行っても同じ。前みたいに酷くはなかったけど、アプリ登録の紙を渡された。で、その店員がいるところから結構離れたところでポテト食べてたんだけど、次は別の人が来て、紙を渡そうとしてきた。でも、友達がたまたま机の上に置いててくれたから貰わなくて済んだ。ほんとになんなの？今そんなにアプリをインストールしてほしいの？マックの上の人間がそう指示してんの？とにかくすげぇムカつくんだけど。学生を狙った詐欺かなんか？だって、今何年生かとかめっちゃ聞かれたんだけど。そんなん知ってなんか得ある？学生だからって頻繁にマック行くわけじゃないからな。ほんとは星1もつけたくないわ。どの店に行ってもクソ店員ばっかり。これは自分が住んでる県のとこだけなんかな？アプリのアンケートに答えたらジュース無料券貰えるとかなんとか言われたけど、別にいらんし。マックなんてそんなに行かないから。ってかもう一生マック行きたくないわ。もうマックとは無縁の人生になると思う。もちろん、店員さんにアンケート答えろって言われたけど、無視してポテト食べたわ。待って、これ書いてたらめっちゃ時間経ってたし、めっちゃ長文になってるじゃん！でもこれぐらい不満があるってことだから。もちろんアプリはすぐにアンインストールしたからね。じゃあね。さよなら。

注文履歴からKODOアンケートに直接情報をコピーできないから、毎回注文履歴のスクショを撮って、スクショの画像から「お問い合わせ用番号」や「金額」をコピーしなくてはいけない。
しかも注文履歴には注文時間が表示されていない為、今度はメールを開いてモバイルオーダーの完了時間を調べて入力という超手間があります。
そしてここまで苦労して入力を終えて、やっとKODOのクーポンが貰えるぞ！と思ったら
今度は「同一店舗でのクーポンは30日に1回限り」というエラー表示。
しかも前回アンケートにいつ答えたかわからないから、次にKODOクーポンが貰えるようになる日もわからない。
これ、再度クーポンが貰えるようになるまで毎日↑の手間をやれって事なの？
KODOのアンケートって、ユーザーにはあまり利用させたくない機能なんでしょうか？
注文履歴からワンタッチで注文情報がアンケートに添付されて、前回のアンケート回答はいつ送信したのか等も表示して欲しいし、一番欲しい機能は「この店舗では前回のアンケートから30日経っていないので…」というエラーはKODOアンケートの「入力前❗️」に出して下さい。
苦労してアンケートを入力しているのに送信後にエラー表示させるとか、ドリンクS1つにかかる労力としては割に合わず、本当にイライラしてしまう。

If you have an issue with delivery (ie missing, wrong products, damaged) this app will not help at all or mediate or compensate. You are expected to do that all yourself with store - if possible. This is not the expectation with food delivery services.

It is impossible to search for the nearest store that has a particular item. Items are often greyed out at the tiny store closest to me. It would be very useful to be able to tap on that button and be taken to a list of locations with that item available. 

Additionally, there is no way to see how any sandwich is built. Customers desperately need a “Two all-beef patties, [mayonnaise-based] special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun,” readily available for every item. 

Frustration with the menu means that it is necessary to contact Customer Service to ask these questions. The only support is a chatbot that goes around in circles with canned questions and no escape to a real chat.  Absence of real customer service means lost sales.
