They require the download of their Chinese App to do so. OK. And there is an English language choice. Good. But it vanished once one goes to customer service and it’s Chinese only. Furthermore there is no way to actually log in to the app with a US phone number, because, while one can provide that number, one then has a window popping up that says: “Your account is temporarily restricted from obtain verification code due to potential risks”!!! Thanks for absolutely no service at all, I guess. Why do you have your Chinese App available on the US App store then? Just pretending? Hey, while I had it on me, at least I could buy a meal without needing the passport.
