Further, there is no way within the app to report issues ### 1/5 — Not ready for prime time *2025-06-16, version 6.1.4* Since replacing the prior app with this one at the beginning of the year, weekly upgrades just seem to produce new glitches every week. This app has not properly functioned at any point. Now currently unable to cancel reservations outside 24 hours. When attempting to cancel, app confirms they are cancelled but somehow the reservation continues to appear. Only way to cancel is to call pro shop and have them cancel. ### 1/5 — Worst app I have ever used *2025-06-04* This is the worst app I have ever used. So much worse than the previous version used by MCG. Hard to make reservations. Hard to add fellow golfers to reservation. Reservations get lost. This is terrible. And if I did list them tomorrow the list would be obsolete as they “fix” the app by creating new and even more frustrating problems. Whoever hired this company to create it better be enjoying some lush vacations or have some extra zeros in their bank account. If not they are as incompetent as the designers of this garbage app and not simply corrupt. Though I guess they fit in today’s America where some combination of incompetence and corruption is par for the course. Pun intended. ### 2/5 — Perhaps the worst app ever *2025-05-12, version 6.1.0* This app is atrocious. I've tried several times to save a payment method. It claims my card was approved, but then, when I submit for a tee time, it claims I need to add a payment method. Additionally, it does not show the actual tee times available. MoCo should get a fill refund. Truly the worst app I've ever attempted to use. ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of Work *2025-05-07, version 6.1.0* This app, which is still fairly new, needs a lot of work. MoCo golfers deserve much better ### 1/5 — Terrible user experience *2025-04-16* Can someone please explain why the county completely changed an app that worked perfectly fine for something that’s appears to be created by a 6th grader. I’m sorry, that’s an insult to sixth graders. This app is so bad. The only thing it does (and barely) is secure tee times. You can not request notifications when retimes become available. That feature alone is worth its weight in gold. Gone. You can no longer purchase the discount packages on the app. There’s a “store” but good luck finding anything in there. Blank white page. Gone. Golf is already hard enough. Finding tee times can be a trial of patience and persistence. You can no longer add a golfer and have them email a confirmation to your playing partners. Why MCG is going backwards and providing a worse user experience is beyond comprehension. I have a brand new iPhone so its not due to an obsolete ios. I can view tee times, but when I try to commit the reservation, constantly a software error occurs preventing the transaction ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-02* The old version was clunky but worked. This version won’t load anything that would let me make a tee time. That can’t be intentional so I have to conclude that it just doesn’t work. Garbage. ### 1/5 — Unreliable App *2026-07-02* I rarely make negative reviews because I learned notsay anything unpleasant: Well, this app waste time. It looks promising on how easy to use it. It’s glitchy and first issue that it couldn’t process payments and I couldn’t book the tee time twice. Now, the purchase interface is not showing without any notice or at least give us a prompt that you’re having a problem like every week. The creator of this app just had abandoned yall or got laid off? It’s a nice app, it’s just whoever is running it, doesn’t know what he’s doing. The problems are not specific to any course. If I’m even successful at logging in, I’m told I have an “invalid account” When I go to reserve a tee time despite being logged in and all information being current. This remains such a turn off to playing the great MCG golf Courses. Fix this please! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever! *2026-04-24* It seems like there are three guys living in their mom‘s basement building this app. Just when you think it’s working, they make a change and don’t test it. Currently saying Customer ID not found, contact support. There is no contact information for support. Terrible app with no support. ### 1/5 — Bad - getting worse *2026-02-23* This app was just updated. It has a refreshed look. Fine. Here are the problems. My county runs nine courses and they allowed you to book a week in advance starting at 9 pm. So 9 pm Friday tee times open for a week out Saturday. Except the app only allows you 6 days ahead. Today plus the next 6 days. It’s as though the developer forgot to add a field for the seventh day. Also there is no help or contact button to report problems. I need to report this to the county because the app developer is cheating them out of their money.
