Currently both website and bus stop indicate buses scheduled however those scheduled times have been n gone with no buses arriving. Website doesn’t update in real-time to tell users if buses are not going to arrive. Only the 17.24 No 38 is at least noted as cancelled at bus stop display- how does anyone feel encouraged to travel by bus. Vehicle breakdown happens one too many times , I have been late for appointments because there is one thing or the other wrong with the bus. As I type , the driver has asked everyone to come off because he cannot go again to the hospital and yes ! I am heading to work . The same thing happened a few good weeks ago. Now I’m concerned about its reliability, concerned about the safety and concerned about what the management is doing. Or let me guess , management is doing absolutely nothing because of course its monopoly of service in that area ! It’ll let you know if a bus is late, not arriving, or on rare occasions - is on time!
