Why can’t I get in on the app? So stupid. ### 1/5 — Sign in does not work *2025-09-02* The sign in button does not work despite having all credentials correct. Now mind you she’s like 8 or 9 so she isn’t 5 or something. Anyway we were downloading it and it asked for her email and password from school. We asked my mom for it she gave it to us and it went smooth. But it came to the part where it said it would send a message to that account but we never got it. I kept clicking “resend resend resend” but we never got it. I reached out to customer service for help with this issue and all they did was reset my password which did not work and I still can’t log in on the app. The second I mentioned needing help with the app the guy on the phone went silent for 5 minutes and then hung up on me, don’t bother reaching out to them for help. ### 1/5 — Money hungry company that won’t even let you access their books. *2023-09-04* My account apparently doesn’t exist. It’s already infuriating that McGraw charges nearly $150 dollars for a RENTAL of DIGITAL book, but they make it such an obstacle to actually digitally access the book. You need to use “Read Anywhere” app by McGraw Hill.
