This app just glitches and logs you out every 5 seconds. They seriously need to get this app functioning better

I’m so thankful to be able to submit my claims with the app and not have to log into a computer. But there are a few things that could make the experience better. When submitting a claim, you have to enter a lot of numbers. If you have to switch to another app to look up the info, this app takes you all the way back to the beginning and clears all the data you’ve entered. 
A couple of the items are not intuitive, like the date and the type of service. I get an error message almost every time I enter a claim saying that I didn’t enter the date. For some reason I never see it when I’m entering my data. There are a few more issues, but those are my biggest pain points. 
Otherwise, it’s convenient and I’m thankful the app is an option.

Provide everything stated in letter they send and they deny and won’t let me talk to person who denies claim

While fine for the most part, there is this feature or quirk where if you swipe out of the app it completely resets everything like you just opened the app for the first time. This is incredibly frustrating when trying to reimburse myself and I have to reference invoices/documents on other apps and then I have to start all over. Similar apps do not have this issue/feature and it would be a great quality of life improvement if it were fixed.

The layout and format hasn’t changed in years, it’s a bit antiquated. Just trying to look for basic information, like Transaction history, it’s not clear where it is.  When filling g out a claim it’s not clear what they are asking for. Has much room for improvement.

The app is not much better than the customer service and the hoops you have to go through to get reimbursed make you want to just forget it altogether. You would think that it was someone else’s money I was accessing, not MY OWN that I am contributing myself!!

We have been using McGriff for years for our flexible benefits claims. All of their processes, including the occasionally necessary call to customer service, are easy and very customer oriented.  We have never had any sort or negative experience while interacting with McGriff through the app or over the telephone.
