But there are a few things that could make the experience better. When submitting a claim, you have to enter a lot of numbers. If you have to switch to another app to look up the info, this app takes you all the way back to the beginning and clears all the data you’ve entered. A couple of the items are not intuitive, like the date and the type of service. I get an error message almost every time I enter a claim saying that I didn’t enter the date. For some reason I never see it when I’m entering my data. There are a few more issues, but those are my biggest pain points. Otherwise, it’s convenient and I’m thankful the app is an option. ### 3/5 — App Restart Issue *2026-05-11, version 315.4.0* While fine for the most part, there is this feature or quirk where if you swipe out of the app it completely resets everything like you just opened the app for the first time. This is incredibly frustrating when trying to reimburse myself and I have to reference invoices/documents on other apps and then I have to start all over. Similar apps do not have this issue/feature and it would be a great quality of life improvement if it were fixed. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2026-05-08, version 315.4.0* The layout and format hasn’t changed in years, it’s a bit antiquated. Just trying to look for basic information, like Transaction history, it’s not clear where it is. When filling g out a claim it’s not clear what they are asking for. Now I get to renter the data again on a slow app Also when I enter a date of service, default the end date to the same day. Majority of receipts are for a single day. The security questions are ridiculous and clearly lack any sense of diversity in design. If you can’t remember the answers to the totally obscure questions you have to CALL THEM to reset access. And is it really necessary to have to choose five questions to answer? If you are attempting to conduct business on the weekend and need to be reset you can forget it. Come on.
