Can’t add data. ### 2/5 — Growth tracker crashes *2023-06-29, version 1.5.7* I’ve been using this app for 2 years now but the last few months have been annoying as the “milestones” tab crashes everytime I try to open it so I can’t view any of my child’s previous measurements which this app is the only record I have! Please fix this bug asap ### 2/5 — Crash after Crash *2023-06-12, version 1.5.7* It crashed as I was adding details in the growth tracker and now it crashes whenever I try to use the growth tracker! I have had it for 5years and had now exclusively used it as a growth tracker. If I click on add milestone for one of my children is closes every single time. Doesn’t matter if I close the app and reopen. I have even re-entered his details and it’s still bugging. Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Graphs don’t work *2023-04-27, version 1.5.5* I would love for this app to be better as it’s such a great way to store your child’s growth data. However, the percentiles don’t match the graph. (Eg, my child is on the 50%ile but it says they’re on the 98%ile) ### 1/5 — Percentiles don’t work *2023-03-15, version 1.5.5* The percentiles displayed are completely wrong ### 1/5 — Not Accurate Percentiles *2023-03-09, version 1.5.5* I was excited about this, however the tracking of percentiles puts out an incorrect percentage and has the wrong data on the weight axis - has 2kg for a 4 month old. My son is on the 10th percentile but it says -50%. Doesn’t link with MCHN appointments and data but they recommend it. Disappointing as the app has a lot of potential. ### 1/5 — Mostly useless for weight tracking *2023-01-29, version 1.5.5* Our MCHN recommended we use the app and we were excited at the prospect, but ultimately disappointed. There’s no connection with our MCHN, so the app’s use is purely for informative purposes. The weight tracker is unusable. The centiles do not correspond to the WHO data and the y-axis indicates that a 5-month old will be less than 2 kg! When you enter your child’s weight the app calculates the centile but this value doesn’t correspond to the lines on the chart (eg baby is on the 50th centile but the app shows ~98%). Ultimately this app is a disappointment at best and entirely misleading to new parents at worst. I wholeheartedly do not recommend that parents use this app in its current state. ### 1/5 — Looks very buggy *2023-01-14, version 1.5.5* I just entered in the details of my son and it says that in the growth tracker that the 98th percentile of weight at birth is 1kg at birth. The 98th percentile only reaches 2kg at 3months. This is clearly incorrect. “Growth tracker” is useless. Anything below 2500g at birth is considered premature. This says that the median birth weight is 500g. Fix this immediately or remove the app as it is endangering Victorian lives. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Lost data *2025-03-18, version 1.6.2* I had to delete the app to allow for space to download a phone update, and I lost all the data from both of my children ### 1/5 — Lacking good design and helpful features *2024-12-28, version 1.6.0* - I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the app options at the bottom (home, explore, contacts etc..) are partly cut off so they are hard to click on. - I cannot find any information on my next appointment, though I can see that notifications are turned on for appointments. This should be in the home page for easy reference. - There’s a notification for filling in a survey, with a link that cannot be clicked on nor copied so it can be pasted in a browser. ### 1/5 — Can’t even open the app *2024-05-09, version 1.6.0* I open the app and it’s just a blank screen…I use to use this for reference for when bubs needed immunisations and look at the info and use most of the features… now it’s not usable and I’m scared if I delete the app and re download I will lose all my old data of my first born :( I have a 1 year old too now and can’t use it for him or do anything… ### 1/5 — Worked for 3.5 years now it crashes every time *2024-03-19, version 1.6.0* I don’t bother opening it The growth tracker was great but I can’t access the ap. Only revealed when I inspected the graph more closely (difficult to do as you can’t zoom in). The % on the chart is always 0% which is clearly an error. When I add weight to the milestones it won’t appear in the graph so I can’t track the weight records. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the late reply. The MCH App growth charts are getting an update and should be looking better soon. We are hoping the fix will be in place later this month. It is great for parents to be able to track growth, and receive information. It would be great if the app had a feeding/food log that could be completed by parents!
