Doesn’t seem like they’re concerned with fixing the bugs. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2021-02-04* It locks me out every month , when it’s time to renew my sons medical supplies it takes forever. There’s no customer service support !!! I even sent an email from the McCresson website and they gave me a phone number to call instead of resolving my issue . Worst app ever !! ### 1/5 — Won’t let me in. *2020-04-21, version 4.1.0* Provider gave this to help, but it won’t let me in. ### 1/5 — Cannot reset password after expire. *2020-02-15* Tried to login but was told password expired. But forgot password option gives error every try. I see many others with same issue. Also the password reset has a required date field but does not tell you what for. I assume birthday? ### 1/5 — Version 3.2.2 still crashes! *2019-11-19* Don’t dare forget your password as there is a major bug! If you click on the Forgot Password link in the app’s home page, it will instantly crash and the window disappears. Please fix. It happens on the following devices, all running iOS 13.2.2: iPhone 8 Plus iPad Air 2 iPad Gen. 6 ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-09-03, version 3.0.1* Forgot my password; password reset link does not work. No way to log in at all! ### 1/5 — Comments sections *2018-09-01* The comments sections are not available where they are supposed to be. I can’t let my provider know of any questions, changes or concerns without calling them. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No forgot username option *2025-02-01, version 9.0.0* The app is nice that you can go back and review what supplies were ordered the previous times. But that’s it. Since switching phones, the login information was not saved and the mobile app does not give an option now to retrieve forgotten username. And emailing the company is a waste of time because they take forever to respond. I’m not a fan of the company.and unfortunately the majority of DME companies in our area all now use McKesson. ### 1/5 — Customer Service tells me app doesn’t work *2024-09-03* I cant create new account. App says i am not found but when i call they find me. 2 weeks ago they said give it some time. Now they say the app doesn’t work and they cant add anybody to it. Just call to order. It exits out on its on and I have not been able to place any orders! ### 1/5 — Do not use *2022-08-11* This app is horrible, they will bill ur insurance and never send ur equipment. I had to purchase all my equipment myself. The excuse I got when I mentioned it. "The person that was on ur case no longer works here" then they shut me out of the app before i could reply and ask about the equipment I never got. ### 1/5 — Worst company *2022-06-02* This company is by far the worst yet. I have placed over a dozen messages in the app and half a dozen calls while leaving messages and I have yet to get a call back. My daughter still hasn’t received her supplies. Yet they have no problem still billing the insurance for supplies we have yet to receive. In my eyes that would be insurance fraud. I have reported it to the insurance company with hopes that they finally get in trouble. Image capture, signature capture through docusign, hippa compliant messaging, educational content delivery. Saves time and effort on both the patient and provider side.
