However, their new customer service is very bad, sometimes rude, unprofessional, and careless. Old customer service employees were better. Also, their employees resign a lot- so every time you get used to a lady out of a sudden they will tell you that she resigned without prior notice. ### 5/5 — The best one stop shop *2021-11-09, version 3.7* I have been working in the service industry for 15 years, and I can safely say that Mckleenz is a role model of a company that embraces the best customer experience and technical experience. If you live in the UAE, and you want to have anything done in your house, plz don't think twice. This app is safely the worst I have ever used. They force you to have a minimum of a 5 week package and I have asked for that to be fixed to allow for four weeks. I ask for that every single time I have to renew since the app was updated. It has been months. The staff who communicate back keep misinforming about it and play dumb and are no where to be found when you you make a payment to make any adjustments I.e put it back to four weeks. They never allow for this option to be available. The app and customer care is by far the worst ever. If someone can get a worst review then it would be astonishing. ### 1/5 — Worst service!!! *2021-04-08, version 3.5* By far, this cleaning company has the worst service ever!!! I had them for 3 months in a row, once a week! The cleaning quality is less than average, the ladies always leave something unclean depending on their mood, not to mention how slow they are. The cleaner are not enough pro / trained to handle and organize the cleaning of a 3 bedroom villa. They where 3 cleaners, but unfortunately in 2 hours they wasn’t able to cover everything. 1.Dust wasn’t well cleaned 2. Balcony not done 3. Four failed attempts to register, waited for the OTP for 5min and I got nothing. Couldn’t register and couldn’t access. ### 1/5 — Worst cleaning company ever! *2023-04-30, version 4.1* The worst services ever trust me. Reservations is the worst. Mr Wil from the reservation is the worst agent ever. I was creating a booking and received a notification if you download the app you get add 50 credit when I did they first delayed the booking by 1 hr and then told me it’s not possible to avail 50 as I have used the service. Your website advertises download register and get aed50. Your agent did not want to listen at all. The worst agent ever as he doesn’t want to listen. Mr will needs to be taught basic customer service etiquette and such horrible person. I’m definitely going to file a case with Dubai consumer. This is so wrong to pass on incorrect details and then not listen to your clients. I’ll ensure this is shared every platform I can and from every account I can. You’re the worst company and moving out of Urban company was a big mistake. I cancelled the booking and I paid extra aed 100 to urban but the customer service is amazing and discounts are very clear and they let us avail that. I recommend urban company to all as the quality of cleaning and also the professionalism of service is accurate! Great work urban and thanks McKleenz for horrible service. Let’s see what Dubai consumer have to say about the delays last time and then delay this time and then incorrect details !!!! Disgusting services ### 1/5 — Not Committed to the booked appointment *2022-07-08* They are not able to keep the slot that you book via the app … mostly they give you a call after couple of hours to inform you that they can’t provide the service on the concerned date then suggest you alternative. It already happened 3 times for me and decided to delete the app. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2022-06-12, version 3.8* Very unprofessional and cleaner broke my table and lied to her management I didnt ask for reimbursement, so i expect just an apology and to train the team to be careful Wont use your service anymore ### 1/5 — Horrible - they lie about the service *2022-05-21* Worst service! They actually lie about the sanitization and disinfecting of your house. Apparently what they describe as their service on the app is only if you have a confirmed COVID case and then they charge you more than 100dhs extra for a two bed. If there is no COVID case they do the bare minimum which they refer to as preventative and not the actual sanitization. Used almost all types of services from them for my Apartment. Cleaning is perfect, always on time and responsible staff and great customer support. Of course some mishaps happen here and there, but they are easily corrected / handled. Would suggest you guys do a rework of the app though.
