App does work and their website doesn’t work.  

Great health plan but terrible technology

I have tried multiple times to set up my account but the app will not allow me to create a password and complete my registration after nearly an hour of time.

**Developer response:** We apologize that you are having difficulty enrolling for McLaren Connect.  We are unable to locate your member information in our system to have a representative contact you to assist.  Please contact our customer service team at 888.327.0671 and a representative will be happy to help you enroll.  Thank you.

I set it up and it’s awesome. I can even see the claims that health centers have made and how much “I’m responsible for”.
When registering don’t forget to add 2 zeros after you input your subscriber ID #
