### 1/5 — Had to Call Twice and it still doesn’t work.

Was sent a link 3 hours before my visit. Clicked on it and unknowingly messed it up. Called and was sent the same link. Did not work. Called again and got a new link and it says that my birthdate doesn’t match their records after confirming it on the phone prior. App needs a rework.

I am visually impaired and attempted to use this app for a telehealth appointment. When I open the app it just freezes and there is no way to proceed. This obviously is in violation of the accessibility standards set forth under various federal laws, and since McLaren takes federal benefits, they are liable to be sued if they don’t get this app corrected.

I opened the app for the first time and it said “link is invalid”. Nothing I can do to fix it and there’s no way I can use it at all

I used McLarenNow to evaluate my influenza symptoms, it was so quick and easy and I didn’t have to leave my house and spread my germs around! Got an rx for tamiflu and cough medicine e-scribed to my pharmacy...so convenient. Thanks!
