This app a bad dude. *2021-02-01, version 1.1* Don't bother to fix...not enuf to like. Ditch it and start over. Worse on iPad — am not sure it’s compatible. If not, start there. ### 2/5 — Please fix this issue *2020-09-18, version 1.1* I know the US public library system is woefully underfunded, but I’d be grateful if the app would remember your library card number and name. I see that patrons have commented on this issue for 3+ years. Otherwise I like the app. ### 1/5 — Please update *2020-07-09, version 1.1* The app is not loading at all, and it constantly logs me out even if I check the “stay logged in” box. We don’t need anything fancy, just something that works. :) ### 1/5 — Horrible *2019-10-06, version 1.1* All I get is a frozen white, blank screen and I have the newest, most updated phone, with the newest updated IOS operating system. It doesn't remember my card data. I agree with all the other 1 star review s. Go back to the old app. I'm deleting this one, and going to do that. I tried deleting the app and reloading it BUT now it comes up as blank and won’t load. I wish this could get fixed. ### 1/5 — Safari based, what's the point *2018-11-29, version 1.1* The original app was better! This one works a lot slower, doesn't remember me no mater how many times I check the box. You cannot renew multiple books. Locations and hours with the app says “hours not specified” in all locations. From the home screen, locations and hours takes you to Safari. Not very user friendly. PLEASE FIX!!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2018-06-13, version 3.2* I uploaded this app, it worked the first time around (barely) and now just a blank screen appears. I have deleted it already. It is more cumbersome and less easy to use than the old app. I guess I will have to use the actual website for our local libraries ### 1/5 — When will app be replaced? *2018-01-21, version 3.2* App has been down for months. Message says the app is going to be replaced. ### 1/5 — A giant step backward. *2017-12-20, version 3.2* Whoever “updated” the old app should be fired. This does not retain sign in data. No bar scan function. And it has remained this way for some time. Seriously, a total failure. ### 1/5 — Liked old app better *2017-12-14, version 3.2* I like the old app better. There's no easy way to renew multiple books at one time on this new app like the old. And no matter how often I click "remember me" on the sign in screen, it never does. Very frustrating to have to re-enter my sign in information when there's a remember me option. Never had a problem with this on the old app either. And now it’s just a link to safari. No longer works as an app. And the mobile website is horrible for searching and renewing books.
