I have no problem logging in to the mcmenamin’s website. But this app won’t take my email/ password combo. ### 3/5 — Much the same… *2023-12-16* At first I was excited when I saw there was a new and updated app, but it really seems like more of the same. Going from the passport app to my beadhead account is still cumbersome. There’s a new “wallet” feature that does - what? Nothing really from what I see. Maybe it needs a link to explain it? Perhaps this was mostly backbone improvements, and functionality improvements will come later? ### 2/5 — Limited Usefulness *2022-07-10, version 1.0* It would be nice if they put more effort into the app. Login to the Passport Tracker is forgotten when Apple has Keychain functions specifically for this purpose. I’d like to more easily find Brewfests events but the only way is to actually look at each location so 🤷‍♂️ I’m more into Craft Beer than Mcmenamins ### 2/5 — If only it worked *2019-01-02, version 1.0* I love McMenamins, I love the app when it works, but it’s super buggy. It logs you out every time even when selecting keep me logged in and it doesn’t always let me log in, just you encountered an error, try again later (different error message than password being wrong which I got when I verified I was using the correct password). The stamps don’t show as updated on the front page for the count unless you log out and back in. I love the concept and the content is good, I just wish it worked. ### 3/5 — Only limited usefulness *2016-08-04, version 1.0* Weekly growler specials are out of date. I have gone to the store that had the particular brew I wanted only to be told my information was incorrect. The first day I installed it, it was very sluggish in response time. The next few times , I haven't been able to log in. First, I checked the box to keep me logged in, and it doesn't. Second, I've tried logging in and it says my password is invalid. I use one of four passwords, so tried each one in case I forgot which one I used; still invalid. I submitted a request for a password reset 3-4 times, and no email. ### 2/5 — I want to love this.... *2016-01-22, version 1.0* I've counted the days until McMenamins came out with an app...I was so excited and ready...now I'm just disappointed. Every time I want to go into the 'Passport' feature, I have to log back in. Even when I check the "please keep me signed in." Box. And every time I get kicked out. On top of that. It takes ages to load. Doesn't matter if I'm connected to wifi or not..ages. So much improvement is needed. I do LOVE that it will keep me up to date with what beers are where...but maybe in the next update I can see them in a location view, instead of getting my hopes up only to click on it (and wait for it to load) and find its only in Bend. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — A checkmark?! What? *2026-03-02, version 2.1.53* The app had cool stamps to match the stamps you get on your actual assortment and it was so clever. What happened?!?! Just a boring checkmark? ### 1/5 — Issues with the recent update to the app *2025-11-16, version 2.1.52 (1)* The recent update caused my app to have major issues. The stamp images aren’t showing up (as I had previously marked them off) yet the app count shows they are marked off. Then when I add a new stamp it doesn’t account for the stamp in the total count. ### 1/5 — Essentially unusable *2021-10-10, version 1.0* Not sure when this app was last updated. Maybe 2014? Anyways it is impossible to use on iOS. I cannot get it to fill a password from my password manager. It barely fits on screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. But it turns out it's really sluggish. When I try to create a new user for passport items. It keeps telling me I need to choose a username but there's no box for a user name. It’s so nice being able to see and find all things McMenamins in one spot. The food was great. We did sandwiches. Turkey/crandberry and the Portland dip(Turkey/mushroom-garlic aujus sauce).
