The app will load the first page and nothing else.  I’ve rebooted numerous times.  Can’t not delete the app to reinstall on iPhone 13 pro max.  Frustrating

I just don’t know what to say, this app is just terrible. I have a couple other banking apps and never, never had the problems that this one seems to keep coming up with.

It’s been months since I’ve been able to log in via IOS app. Contacted tech support and I kid you not, they said it was just something I had to deal with. In the email the guy admitted that he has issues with the app sometimes. May have to look for a new bank.

My family has always used MCNB.  Good people, good bank, terrible app.  App continuously says we can’t log in & we have had to change our password countless times.  Very frustrating.

Half the time the app freezes when I launch it and I have to force quit it. Other times it will just randomly log me out while I'm actively using it.

The "occasional" need to manually log in with ID and password vs. using Face ID is more like every few days. And after the "occasional" required manual login you have to turn Face ID on again. This is extremely irritating.
