Just updated the new version and when I try to open it keeps saying that I need to update to the new version. I use this as my business account and it’s inconveniencing me. Simple things like logging on and checking my balance can be impossible as the app is always blocking my account for no reason. Furthermore, I still use mpesa and send money to co-op from mpesa then from co-op to my UK bank. These steps are sometimes quick no issue when sending from co-op to my uk bank BUT surely why is sending from mpesa to co-op frequently an issue for me? I’ve had countless times where it takes till the next day at 6am Kenyan time for the money to reflect on my account. Contacting customer support on WhatsApp is also frustrating as they take so long to reply.
