Downloaded app but after registering and setting up password and verifying link, app doesn’t open

I downloaded this app so that I could potentially make better use of the service. Unfortunately it doesn’t have a page with the current timetable of m.connect nor live tracking. I would have thought the whole point of the app would be to encourage people to use the existing service and receive up to date information on it as well as offer a more needs led service. Disappointing!

This was a very difficult app to use.
I’d say it was “user hostile”
It’s difficult to set up a profile. It took me three goes. 
There’s very little information on offer - once you’ve set up you profile you only have access to a booking process.
The maps are slow and in my case having set up a finish point I was told that my starting point was outside the operating area even though it clearly isn’t and we see the bus running along our road several times a day.
It’s an important, needed app and I hope that the devs can work on it to improve its functionality and UI.

You can’t actually book anything on it.

Put in departure (in my case Cummingston). Put in arrival (in my case Elgin). Choose a day and time with 14 days as per instructions. The “confirm” button remains greyed out without any reason as to why. Locations are well within areas you cover.

I’ve tried multiple locations and days/ times. No location or day/ time works. I cant book a single thing.

Plus £7.50 a person for a short journey is a bit of a rip off considering children travel for free here and the bus service is awful (hence the need for this very service in the first place!)

Simply not fit for purpose!

As mentioned by another reviewer, when booking a journey, the time for the booking cannot be changed from immediately to any other time, as the „confirm booking“ button becomes greyed out. If this were fixed, the app would be great.
