## What is MCR Mahjong Tutor?

Learn and practice Chinese Mahjong with an MCR-based tutor built for portrait play on iPhone and iPad.

PLAY AND LEARN
Play against three CPU opponents in 4-, 8-, or 16-hand matches. Choose guided play for learning support or focused play for a simpler table, and adjust the opponent pace.

UNDERSTAND YOUR HAND
Explore the rules and fan reference, review the fans counted in a winning hand, and follow the match standings. Save your progress and continue practicing later.

CELEBRATE YOUR WINS
Winning effects take their theme from the highest-value counted fan. Higher-value patterns receive richer celebrations. Skip an effect instantly or disable effects in Settings; reduced motion is supported.

PRACTICE OFFLINE
No account is required. The app contains no advertising or tracking. Practice against CPU opponents without a network connection. English and Japanese interface options are available.

Designed for learning and practice. There is no real-money betting, cash-out, or prizes. The app uses an MCR-based rules implementation and does not claim exhaustive official MCR conformance.
