Esta aplicación le ayudará a cumplir con la medida de FMC de HEDIS.

Acceda las notificaciones de admisiones hospitalarias, altas registradas y visitas de sus pacientes a la sala de emergencias. Conozca la fecha en la que debe pautar con ellos la cita de seguimiento después de la visita a sala de emergencias. Además, complete los acuses de recibo de las admisiones y visitas.

Otras funciones:

-El PCP puede escoger el método para recibir las notificaciones del censo de eventos: teléfono móvil, fax o correo electrónico.

-El médico especialista, por el momento, podrá actualizar la foto de perfil, realizar Face ID para acceder (login), y ver app reviews.
