## What is MD² Health?

Welcome to the MD² Health mobile application. As an MD² patient, you will have your doctor, your medical information and key emergency resources at your fingertips. The mobile app is one more way for our physicians to stay connected and deliver the highest level of personal care, no matter where your travels may take you. 

The MD² mobile application is only available to active MD² patients. To access the app, a private and secure account must be setup with your MD² physician. To setup your mobile app accont, contact your MD² office.
