That is all I want to do. Each time I get to the login screen, I press forgot my password. and am told my account doesn’t exist and to register. I try to register and it tells me my account already exists. I’ve tried multiple emails and I’ve given this app my info too many times. I just want to check my tickets. Lame. ### 1/5 — iCash error for two days!! *2026-06-03* I don’t even know if this is a real verified lottery of the state because how can they account for such a horrible horrible scanner when checking tickets? Right over in Virginia, the official website for Virginia Lottery functions like an actual lottery website. There is no excuse for this type of behavior from an actual lottery website for a state. However you have as the developer is siphoning money and doing a horrible job of updating and fixing errors. There is no way I should scan a ticket for two days and get these type of errors. No excuses. This person or people are not doing their job and their job is to keep the website working. It doesn’t work and the apps keep having issues. Why are you still using these developers?? **Developer response:** You can scan your scratch-offs using the My Lottery Rewards app or at a Maryland Lottery retailer. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-05-20, version 2.7.3* The scanner is not working ### 1/5 — Always problems *2026-02-27, version 2.7.3* 9 times out of 10 something goes wrong with the app. Almost always get error messages when scanning the QR codes to check tickets. Such a bummer as this app would be helpful if yall fix the constant bugs. ### 1/5 — Scanner doesn’t work *2026-02-14, version 2.7.2* Fix the bugs on this app. You get enough money from lotto players! ### 1/5 — Bad app *2026-02-13, version 2.7.2* I got a new phone iPhone 17 Pro and now I can’t scan any of my tickets luckily, I still have my old phone and I can scan them with Wi-Fi.. the prizes are on a table due to the fact that points expire faster than anyone can physically collect them by the time you think you have enough, they’ve deleted 3/4 of them so you just started all over. It’s a game rigged for you to lose! The other MD Lottery app is even worse! So don’t even bother… The fact that Maryland continues to sell tickets, even AFTER all the jackpots have been won is sickening, disheartening, and embarrassing. It’s nothing but a run on our wallets! Multiple other states have found this to be misleading and unfair practice. Maryland & California lead the states and every other factor imaginable (and not in ways that are good for the average Joe), why do they not fix this??? Oh wait.. I know.. it’s because it makes them money and thats all Maryland counts about is taking your money. ### 1/5 — The worse app ever *2026-02-09, version 2.7.2* This app is the absolute worse. Racetrax or Keno results aren’t real time always late. Good for updating yourself on winning numbers but that’s it. QR scanner is a complete waste of resources and barely functions. Times out more times than actually successfully scanning.
