INTRO
In medical school, we learn a lot about diseases and the basis for their management. However, we are traditionally less exposed to apparently easy problems like pain, nausea or hypokalemia. Quite often, those issues are brought to the attention of the nursing staff in the evening. At that time, the treating team is away and you're on call, running all over the hospital.

MD on Call gives you tips on how to QUICKLY assess and manage (acutely) common problems so you can go on assessing the next patient, or to your room to get some well deserved sleep. -- it is NOT meant to replace a textbook --

### 3/5 — Useful but needs update. Don’t buy if you have iPhone X

*2018-01-01, version 5.0*

Update to be compatible with iPhone X please. I hate that I paid money for this and the developers don’t have the decency to keep the app updated with the current operating system.

### 5/5 — An absolute must!

*2016-02-06, version 4.0*

Amazing app from both a design and content standpoint. Indispensible for junior residents starting off their nights on call. Tons of useful info packed into this app, very pragmatic. My only suggestion would be to revise the content and references to make sure all the information is still up to date seeing as many are from 2009 and before.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2014-03-22, version 3.2*

Fantastic app! I use it everyday. Gives exactly what we need in emerge, nothing that we don't. Everything is covered EXCEPT common disease and tx. Hoping to see this in the future. It's always nice to look up Tinea and see Clindamycin topical BID x 7 days

Not value for money, let down.
