More troubling is that many recommendations are not adequately referenced to practice standard guidelines, and some references are rather obscure. Some data is just plain wrong, for instance the conversion from TDF 25 mcg/hr to po morphine is stated to be 100 mg/day (no reference is listed for this conversion)...all my resources say 50 mg/day. Indispensible for junior residents starting off their nights on call. Tons of useful info packed into this app, very pragmatic.
