...for a clerk on call

### 5/5 — Perfect for interns

*2012-08-09, version 2.0.2*

Worth the $5 if you're an intern going into ward call!

### 5/5 — fantastic

*2012-05-28, version 2.0.2*

excellent app, great info, well organised, more than helpful, especially during overtime shifts and nights!

### 5/5 — Unbelievably useful

*2012-02-29, version 2.0.2*

If you've ever actually been on nights, this app will be ridiculously useful.

Exactly the info you need, nothing more, nothing less. As it says on the tin.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2012-01-30*

I used it every time I'm on call.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2012-01-16*

Great app. I frequently use it while on call

### 4/5 — IM Resident

*2011-09-01, version 2.0.2*

Awesome. Still makes me use my brain a little, which is good, but prompts for all the important/critical things to ask/assess/do/document.
Useful not only on call, but also in emerg.

### 4/5 — Great app.

*2011-06-19*

This app served me well during this long intern year. Great for cross cover.

### 5/5 — Amazing Book

*2011-06-16*

Valuable, easily accessable and rich in term of treatment options for most of the oncall emergencies.
Strongly recomend it for residents and interns.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2011-05-03, version 2.0.2*

Simple App but fulfills a need. Congrats to the fellows who put it together.

### 5/5 — Great

*2011-04-26, version 2.0.2*

Excellent

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Krayzee

*2013-04-22, version 3.2*

Not value for money, let down.

### 1/5 — Very Basic

*2011-09-27, version 2.0.2*

This app is very basic, below the level of an EMTP; certainly not adequate for a medical student.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2010-02-08, version 0*

Only a handful of scenarios. Way too expensive. Please don't buy. There is better value for money for money out there.

### 1/5 — WASTE OF MONEY

*2009-12-05, version 0*

what a ripoff!! I want my money back..should have listened to the other reviewers..This app should not be more than FREE.

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2010-04-27*

The interface is a little rough and could certainly use some refinement. More troubling is that many recommendations are not adequately referenced to practice standard guidelines, and some references are rather obscure. Some data is just plain wrong, for instance the conversion from TDF 25 mcg/hr to po morphine is stated to be 100 mg/day (no reference is listed for this conversion)...all my resources say 50 mg/day. Hmmm...

### 2/5 — Resident

*2009-11-23*

Weak. Spend the six bucks elsewhere. Limited info. a waste of money until it improves. Worth about 99 cents

### 2/5 — Quite basic

*2009-11-22*

A little disappointing for the price. The info is pretty basic and the catagories are limited. Way to $$$ for what you get.

### 3/5 — Useful but needs update. Don’t buy if you have iPhone X

*2018-01-01*

Update to be compatible with iPhone X please. I hate that I paid money for this and the developers don’t have the decency to keep the app updated with the current operating system.

**Developer response:** The app has been updated for iPhone X, XR and XS.

### 3/5 — Average

*2011-08-25*

A good amount of info and the ekg section is helpful but overall not enough depth to be worth the price.

### 3/5 — Wrong advice

*2011-07-09, version 2.0.2*

Metaclopramide is a prokinetic and contraindicated in sbo. This was listed in the N/V section and incorrect.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Useful, easy to use, complete

*2020-04-27, version 6.0.1*

I feel safe knowing I have this app in hand when I am on duty. Also great in the ER.

### 5/5 — An absolute must!

*2016-02-06, version 4.0*

Amazing app from both a design and content standpoint. Indispensible for junior residents starting off their nights on call. Tons of useful info packed into this app, very pragmatic. My only suggestion would be to revise the content and references to make sure all the information is still up to date seeing as many are from 2009 and before.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2016-01-06, version 4.0*

Love the new design. Content remains excellent! Thanks!

### 5/5 — Still awesome

*2015-02-12*

Love this app, needs a refresh but still a five star app for any intern who wants a quick reference for when the pager goes off

### 5/5 — Amazing app for a PGY1

*2014-09-12, version 3.2*

Great app for residents .That would be great if more conditions could be added !

### 5/5 — Fantastic! I use it every day!

*2014-03-22, version 3.2*

Fantastic app! I use it everyday. Gives exactly what we need in emerge, nothing that we don't. Everything is covered EXCEPT common disease and tx. Hoping to see this in the future. It's always nice to look up Tinea and see Clindamycin topical BID x 7 days

### 5/5 — FM Intern

*2012-10-14*

Great app. I use it all the time. Can't wait for more topics in upcoming updates.

### 5/5 — WOW

*2012-10-09, version 3.2*

Très bonne Apply surtout sur un code bleu es ce possible de l'avoir en français svp !!!!

### 5/5 — Great Intern/MedStudent/Crosscover help

*2012-09-28*

Great app to refresh the basics in your head when you are going to see the patent. Chances are if you need this app you are going to be running everything by a senior... But it will help to not forget silly things

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2012-09-21, version 3.0*

Every resident should start his shift with this app.
I feel much better on my shift with this in my pocket.
Saved me from trouble many times.
