Lavoro con questo sistema da quasi un anno nel quale ho fatto dei progressi che non credevo nemmeno possibili, soprattutto considerato quelli che ho fatto negli anni precedenti. L’app non ha forse le grafiche super nuove o fresche di altre app, ma quello che conta sono i risultati, e su quelli non si discute, ci sono.

Adesso si che l’app funziona. Permette di monitorare attentamente la propria seduta di allenamento, tenendo sotto controllo tutti i parametri necessari. Ancora migliorabile l’interfaccia grafica
