The MD² mobile app has been designed exclusively for patients of our MD² concierge medical practices across the country. As an active MD² patient, you will have secure access to your health profile, medical records, vaccine history, lab results, clinical vitals, medical appointments and key resources to support you when traveling away from home. It is also another way to stay connected with your physician.
 
To access the app, a private and secure account must be set up with your MD² practice. To establish your mobile app account, please contact your physician to create your personal login credentials.
