### 5/5 — Symptom tracker + health history

*2024-10-05*

Been using the journal to track migraines and everything I journal gets put into my health history including my medications…shocked how well it works and picks up on things…I can actually ask if certain things are ok with my medications I have in my chart and it provides a lot of nuance.

### 5/5 — Actually not mid symptom checker

*2024-09-19*

Originally found it on the web, but long time user, glad they have a mobile app now.

### 5/5 — Awesome use case for AI

*2024-09-19*

It interpreted my MRI results like a champ. I have spinal stenosis and Arora suggested I look into epidurals which I just recently got and helped out so much (it took over 6 months to get to that recommendation from my doctors!).

### 5/5 — Actually works

*2024-09-19*

I’ve tried a bunch of symptom checkers before but they ask just a ton of irrelevant questions and just generally not great. This felt much better, it incorporated the lab results I had after my dr visit, and was way more actionable.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad practices

Will ask for a lot of personal information and then pretend it is going to help you and then won’t give you any information until you upgrade.

**Developer response:** We genuinely care about making our services accessible to everyone. If our unlimited plans aren't affordable right now, you can apply for our scholarship program from the upgrade screen or by contacting support. We're here to help!

### 1/5 — Unuseful

*2025-02-03, version 1.5.0*

asked many questions, and when I wanted an evaluation and answer, announced that I have to pay. Please state from the beginning that this program works with payment, and don’t waste our time.

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2024-11-07*

My friend is experiencing anxiety and this app is making it worse. I give 1 star.

### 3/5 — No support

*2025-10-01*

I enjoyed this app but today opened it up to find it loading and loading nonstop. I can't access the AI chat. Any support links on the app or here just lead you to typeform homepage, not any actual contact form. I logged out then back in which fixed it but support should still be available to users. The scholarship link also directs to typeform homepage.

### 5/5 — Absolutely amazing app.

*2025-04-15, version 1.7.0*

My family and I struggle with our financial status from time to time and I am unable to afford the subscription for the app, fortunately the customer service was absolutely amazing and was kind enough to give me a free subscription through the scholarship I applied for. The app itself is quite helpful. It helps you understand your chronic symptoms much better and keeps everything on file for you. They also make in properly aware that this cannot replace your doctor, the app can help give you suggestions on how to manage symptoms. 10 times better than google!

### 5/5 — Helpful information is here!

*2025-03-19, version 1.6.3*

I love this app for those medical questions that you might not want to wait 1-6 hours to have answered if you live in a city like mine where our healthcare system is overloaded for the population here.

They also are quite explicit about the AI not replacing your doctor but it being a great tool to compliment your health management! They even have a scholarship you may apply for, in case you cannot afford the subscription.

### 5/5 — 89/20

Backfliptripbackstack

### 5/5 — Very useful tool for understanding medication

*2025-01-21, version 1.5.0*

Have high LDL, was able to tell me which medications to use and their side effects

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-12-25*

I love the fact that they keep track of the conversation and remember your previous response. It seems to understand you more and more. Other AI forget what your previous conversation was to quickly.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much!, Arora will always do her best to pick up on any medically relevant info you chat about and store it in your SnapChart which you can reference at any time and even export to a PDF and upload it into an EHR like MyChart for your nexts doctors visit!

### 5/5 — Tracking my diet

*2024-12-14*

I wanted to take notes about my diet and what was causing spikes and other complications and just have it in one place…but through their medical
interview I found out medication might be causing my leg pain which was a reason I wanted to start journaling in the first place.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review!, just know anything meedically important you put in your journal (medications, past medical history, new symptoms) will be stored in your SnapChart, so next time you chat, Arora can reference what you journaled about!

### 5/5 — Symptom tracker + health history

*2024-12-14*

Been using the journal to track my health and everything I write gets put into my health history including my medications…shocked how well it works and picks up on things…I can actually ask if certain things are ok with my medications I have in my chart and it provides a lot of nuance.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the kind words!, That's the fun thing about AI plus patient history, it just gets better and better over time!

### 5/5 — Finally I can speak doctor-ese

*2024-11-13*

Been chronically confused by doctors notes and blood tests reports etc but now I have this tool to help me. And it pulls in my other medical history when necessary. Thanks guys good work

**Developer response:** Thanks so much! Glad we could help make sense of your health.

### 5/5 — An empathetic symptom checker

*2024-10-14*

Suffering from back pain for years and have visited plenty of doctors that basically told me to deal with it. I oddly felt like their AI has better bedside manner then all the doctors I have met with. I even said thank you for listening while I was chatting which felt weird but I really was thankful.

**Developer response:** Thanks for noticing!, we've put a lot of work into making Arora have a good bedside manner, we believe it's a huge part to delivering the best user experience.

### 5/5 — Tracking my diabetes

*2024-10-12*

I wanted to take notes about my diet and what was causing spikes and other complications and just have it in one place…but through their medical
interview I found out OZEMPIC might be causing my leg pain which was a reason I wanted to start journaling in the first place.
