This app is horrible.  I tried twice to sign up and it just spins and and spins unable to process your information. Also, even after you establish a login and password with their OTP system, it still doesn’t capture you leaving you unable to login as others have said. Don’t waste your time.

This app is absolutely useless. It won’t let you log in using your credentials which work perfectly fine for web version. There is no response from the ‘support’ team. Even the web version doesn’t let me complete the surveys. Probably a scam to acquire information. Should’ve noticed it had 2 reviews which seem fabricated.

I previously registered with MDforLives. Downloaded the app and tried to use it. I can type in username and password but the text boxes remain empty and I can’t login. I removed the app then redownloaded it - same thing happened. Not working at all.

Tried to sign up. Business Email verification not working. Tried to sign up with my medical license, and still not working. I emailed them to assist me with signing up and still have not heard back.

I will update later but there aren't many reviews so I was hesitant to download.  But they are 1-2 years old so figured id try! So far the surveys sync with online. Its way more convenient than web on the phone so always worth a try.
