I am able to login on website portal but same credentials are not working with app

I am not able to login with the credentials which is working on website whenever i enter my username it was saying it is not correct.

I am trying to open app but getting pop up “There is a newer version available for download! Please update the app from App Store”

And while clicking on Update button 
Redirect to App Store and not able to update from there, getting option to open

I am not able to login since the last update earlier. It was locked in, but as soon as I updated the app, it locked out and now my credentials are not working even I changed my password, but after changing the password, it is not generating the OTP actually the OTP is getting generated, but the app is saying OTP not generated. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
