## What is MDM Mobile App?

With the MDM Mobile App, members will be able to:

1.	Submit a claim from your device via attached picture(s) or document(s).
2.	View past Health or Dental claims.
3.	Check benefit coverage.
4.	View Health Spending Account balance.
5.	Access you Benefit and Travel Card.
6.     Learn about Pharmacy Services offered by our partner, Mednow. 

*Please note that some features may not be available for your benefits plan. Data charges from your mobile service provider may apply when you use this app.
