It crashes all the time, there are days I can’t even access it. It frustrating trying to use it, absolutely ridiculous how many attempts opening and closing the app it takes to actually work. This was years ago. Clearly the company have continued to fleece the nhs as it is no different at all, a permanent loading icon when attempting to login. Services like this are why the nhs is on its knees. Then the log on screen has a 1 in 3 chance of actually allowing me to log in. After I put my password in I will sometimes have the facial recognition feature pop up.
