## What is ME?

ME helps you break up your workday with short, guided micro-exercise sessions. Research suggests that hourly movement breaks may help reduce cardiovascular risk, improve focus, and support healthy blood pressure.
Every hour at a time you choose, ME reminds you to take a 3-minute break. Each session guides you through six office-friendly bodyweight exercises, 30 seconds each, ordered from warm-up to peak intensity to cool-down. A fresh routine is generated daily from a library of 36 exercises.
Pair with Apple Watch to monitor heart rate during workouts and review a heart rate graph after each session. Share your progress with friends using visual workout cards that track streaks and completed breaks.
Set your active hours and days, and ME handles the rest. Streaks are designed for real life: rest days and weekends won't break your chain. Choose daily auto-generated variety or build a custom routine. Pause and resume workouts whenever life interrupts.
Your workout data syncs with Apple Health and persists across devices.
