### 3/5 — This App works for recording PMDD symptoms only. You unfortunately will need a separate period track

*2026-08-24, version 1.2.0*

This app appears best for tracking your moods and that is it. If I were giving recommendations on how to use this app while tracking your cycle, I would recommend using Clue for tracking your cycle patterns and using Me v PMDD to track your PMDD symptoms. Me v PMDD does a much better job at your ability to track your mood patterns; it uses a sliding bar system for each symptom (ex: irritation 0-10, anger 0-10, etc.) which makes it easier to track the extremity of each mood or physical symptom. It however does not track your period data well. It will track your on days, but no data outside of that. That is why I recommend using this app alongside clue for a more accurate gathering of data. While tedious and annoying that you need two apps, for what the app market offers it seems like the only method to accurately gather data digitally.

### 5/5 — Really helpful

*2026-04-30, version 1.2.0*

This app is really useful for tracking certain things and is quick and easy to use. I’ve had this app for around 2-3 years now and it is very handy. It has logged me out once but not an issue as it was easy to log back in, the app has multiple features such as a little journal/note bit , a graph to show you any patterns in your symptoms along with other things.

### 1/5 — Such a great idea poorly executed

*2026-02-06, version 1.2.0*

The app is just too buggy to be a reliable resource. The makers need to understand that frustrating a hopeless + suicidal pmdd sufferer isn’t a great way to retain customers. lol.

### 1/5 — Could not use

*2025-07-16, version 1.2.0*

I couldn’t even try out the app, it wouldn’t let me use it without setting up an account and confirming my email address no big deal but I never got the confirmation email so I couldn’t even access the app.

### 1/5 — Horrible and verification doesn’t work at all

*2025-06-14, version 1.2.0*

Tried verifying account several times which didn’t work. Then tried using without an account which then glitched out (it showed a “⚠️S” looking thing, idk)
Very bad to use.

### 4/5 — Both good… and could be better

*2025-03-16, version 1.2.0*

Overall, I’m excited to track my symptoms better. As someone with PMDD, but no period blood to track, it’s hard for me to know when the next wave is coming. I’m suicidal for 3 days a month, and then totally fine. Birth control its helping with most symptoms, but I just need to know when those 3 days are coming. It’s effecting my job and relationships.

I can’t seem to save any of my journal entries, I’m not sure if there’s a button to push I’m just not seeing. Would be nice to write in our own symptoms too. I wanna track my high points too.

Oh and if the graphs could ignore the days with no data instead of counting them as 0, that’d be better too. Having a level 8 day followed by no entry (0) and back to 9 looks like a dip, when it’s not.

### 1/5 — Made by a dude

*2024-05-13, version 1.2.0*

Why would I trust using an app made by a man, specifically for womens PMS symptoms? I assure you the developer doesn't even believe in PMDD.

### 4/5 — Good so far

*2024-01-27, version 1.2.0*

Good to track symptoms and haven't seen my doctor yet. But, i wish it had reminder to remind you to enter data daily

### 2/5 — Great idea but needs work

*2024-01-15, version 1.2.0*

I started using this app back in February 2022 and stopped around April or May 2022. I was incredibly happy to have come across this app, on a Google search, as PMDD was a new self diagnosed for me at the time(started in about Jan 2021). Anyways it definitely needs some tweaking and updating. Here are my gripes about it:
*Under journal tab you have an option to use key words to search all journal entries. Only except when you type in a word to search nothing pops up.
*As others have stated here on the reviews, I was booted out once back in 2022 and had to go through the process of signing in or the app not recognizing my email.
*Also I try to type in a new note and it won’t allow me to save the note. I’m not sure if there’s a save button all the way at the bottom but on my phone it doesn’t show up.

Developers please fix these bugs on the app because this app helps me and others to stay sane by knowing when insanity is creeping in for the month.

### 1/5 — Needs works

*2023-11-20, version 1.2.0*

Loved the concept but journal entry was a nightmare just made my rage worse as deleted my data 3 times and just wouldn’t save anything. Would be useful if I could sync in to other apps where I track my cycle through logging my temperature
