### 3/5 — This App works for recording PMDD symptoms only. You unfortunately will need a separate period track

*2026-08-24, version 1.2.0*

This app appears best for tracking your moods and that is it. If I were giving recommendations on how to use this app while tracking your cycle, I would recommend using Clue for tracking your cycle patterns and using Me v PMDD to track your PMDD symptoms. Me v PMDD does a much better job at your ability to track your mood patterns; it uses a sliding bar system for each symptom (ex: irritation 0-10, anger 0-10, etc.) which makes it easier to track the extremity of each mood or physical symptom. It however does not track your period data well. It will track your on days, but no data outside of that. That is why I recommend using this app alongside clue for a more accurate gathering of data. While tedious and annoying that you need two apps, for what the app market offers it seems like the only method to accurately gather data digitally.

### 4/5 — Both good… and could be better

*2025-03-16, version 1.2.0*

Overall, I’m excited to track my symptoms better. As someone with PMDD, but no period blood to track, it’s hard for me to know when the next wave is coming. I’m suicidal for 3 days a month, and then totally fine. Birth control its helping with most symptoms, but I just need to know when those 3 days are coming. It’s effecting my job and relationships.

I can’t seem to save any of my journal entries, I’m not sure if there’s a button to push I’m just not seeing. Would be nice to write in our own symptoms too. I wanna track my high points too.

Oh and if the graphs could ignore the days with no data instead of counting them as 0, that’d be better too. Having a level 8 day followed by no entry (0) and back to 9 looks like a dip, when it’s not.

### 4/5 — Good so far

*2024-01-27, version 1.2.0*

Good to track symptoms and haven't seen my doctor yet. But, i wish it had reminder to remind you to enter data daily

### 2/5 — Great idea but needs work

*2024-01-15, version 1.2.0*

I started using this app back in February 2022 and stopped around April or May 2022. I was incredibly happy to have come across this app, on a Google search, as PMDD was a new self diagnosed for me at the time(started in about Jan 2021). Anyways it definitely needs some tweaking and updating. Here are my gripes about it:
*Under journal tab you have an option to use key words to search all journal entries. Only except when you type in a word to search nothing pops up.
*As others have stated here on the reviews, I was booted out once back in 2022 and had to go through the process of signing in or the app not recognizing my email.
*Also I try to type in a new note and it won’t allow me to save the note. I’m not sure if there’s a save button all the way at the bottom but on my phone it doesn’t show up.

Developers please fix these bugs on the app because this app helps me and others to stay sane by knowing when insanity is creeping in for the month.

### 2/5 — Great until it’s not

*2023-10-21, version 1.2.0*

I was excited to find this app to make symptom tracking easier and be able to give my dr data easily. However, you generally need to track 2 cycles worth of information for it to be useful and just before the end of the second cycle it kicks you out and tells you to register. When you try to register it won’t let you, and all your data is gone…

### 1/5 — App stopped working

*2023-10-13, version 1.2.0*

I started using a little over a week ago. Went to update my symptoms yesterday and was signed out of app. I repeatedly attempted to sign in/reset PW/register agin when it said my email didn’t exist and no luck. Emailed for support and received automated response and nothing since.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2023-06-28, version 1.2.0*

Wouldn’t let me edit cycles, the whole app seems to be over-complicated when it could be very simple.
Had to delete.

### 1/5 — Can’t export data

*2023-05-31, version 1.2.0*

I have tracked my symptoms for over a year and now that a new Dr wants to see my data, the app doesn’t allow me to export it. My Dr reached out to a medical tech colleague who told him the app is known in the industry as being buggy. I reached out to the developer for help and got no response. All this data is useless and now I have to re-do everything on paper. Don’t waste your time while you are are already suffering!

### 2/5 — iPhone mini issues

*2023-05-31, version 1.2.0*

I have the iPhone 13 mini and cannot access some functions. It does not seem usable for the smaller screen. When I try to do a journal entry, the save button is cut off so I cannot submit any journal entries

### 2/5 — Good app but calendar / user friendly stuff is bad

*2023-05-11, version 1.2.0*

…is bad, seriously I cant even go back a day or two without the app going weird and resetting the cycle dates..
Please fix the ease of use when adding in days that have already passed,
thanks

### 3/5 — Forget a day? Too bad

*2023-02-16, version 1.2.0*

So far it seems pretty good, but my biggest annoyance is if you miss a day logging your symptoms, there’s no way to add them in the next day. It will only let you click on past days in the calendar if you already logged something which is SUPER annoying. I get distracted easily & forget to do things so being able to go in & add things later is necessary

### 1/5 — Absolute garbage

*2023-02-03, version 1.2.0*

The app I’m trying to use to track my symptoms, especially the mood swings and anger, shouldn’t be what makes me angry! I can’t login. It doesn’t remember my password, my email. None of the buttons work. It’s a broken app

### 1/5 — can’t even get past the opening page

*2022-12-28, version 1.2.0*

I’m unable to register for an account and the error page doesn’t give an explanation as to why. When I try to continue to the app without registering, it still says it’s unable to allow me to continue. You’re required to agree to the Terms and Conditions, but the link to the T&C page seems to be broken

### 1/5 — Terrible app it just doesn’t work!!!

*2022-12-27, version 1.2.0*

I installed this app hoping it would help but it wont let me past the sign up part. I tried signing up 5+ times using different info each time hoping something would work but it said “unable to register” each time. The app is just broken!!!

### 2/5 — Needs more work

*2022-12-26, version 1.2.0*

Keeps logging me out and no way for users that have an account not linked to emails to recover passwords. I’ve lost all my data twice now and will be moving to something else. Also the self love journal section is a nightmare to type in. Loved the concept but like the other commenter said the app needs more development for user friendliness.

### 2/5 — Know better - do better

*2022-12-26, version 1.2.0*

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and have stored over 365 days worth of data for reference. One day - today - out of nowhere it’s asking me to sign in to log and retrieve my data. My email address isn’t recognized and it won’t allow me to reset my password. For someone who lives with PMDD and fights such a difficult battle, this is the last thing I need to deal with. I feel like I’ve wasted a whole year for nothing!

### 1/5 — Useless After Update

*2022-12-22, version 1.2.0*

Suddenly I’m not registered anymore. Don’t use this app. No way to access anything now. Tried password recovery, but supposedly my account doesn’t exist. Tried registering again, but it simply will not work. Also no notification on why that is. What the hell….all that data simply lost. Deleted. :/

### 2/5 — Help needed with registration

*2022-12-20, version 1.2.0*

Hello! I am unable to register myself on the app. The reason is unclear too. Please help.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Such a great idea poorly executed

*2026-02-06, version 1.2.0*

The app is just too buggy to be a reliable resource. The makers need to understand that frustrating a hopeless + suicidal pmdd sufferer isn’t a great way to retain customers. lol.

### 1/5 — Could not use

*2025-07-16, version 1.2.0*

I couldn’t even try out the app, it wouldn’t let me use it without setting up an account and confirming my email address no big deal but I never got the confirmation email so I couldn’t even access the app.

### 1/5 — Horrible and verification doesn’t work at all

*2025-06-14, version 1.2.0*

Tried verifying account several times which didn’t work. Then tried using without an account which then glitched out (it showed a “⚠️S” looking thing, idk)
Very bad to use.

### 1/5 — Made by a dude

*2024-05-13, version 1.2.0*

Why would I trust using an app made by a man, specifically for womens PMS symptoms? I assure you the developer doesn't even believe in PMDD.

### 1/5 — Needs works

*2023-11-20, version 1.2.0*

Loved the concept but journal entry was a nightmare just made my rage worse as deleted my data 3 times and just wouldn’t save anything. Would be useful if I could sync in to other apps where I track my cycle through logging my temperature

### 1/5 — Cannot Register

*2023-10-17, version 1.2.0*

I have tried multiple times with different user names, passwords, and email addresses, and each attempt results in an “unable to register” response. Terrible app if you can’t even sign up for it. With something as frustrating as PMDD, I say look for something else. That’s what I plan to do.

### 1/5 — Clunky, buggy & frustrating

*2023-10-17, version 1.2.0*

This app doesn’t work nearly as well as some others, nor is it customizable (eg where you can track treatments or add specific symptoms). Tracking cycles is difficult. Further, and most infuriating, it logged me out and doesn’t recognize my email now, so a password reset isn’t possible and **several months of data is lost!**
I switched to this app upon the recommendation of my clinician, but I’m going back to the more reliable, more customizable one I used for a year before this.

### 1/5 — Why Did I Get Logged Out?

*2023-10-17, version 1.2.0*

This is a great app when it doesn’t log you out. I’ve tried signing in again. I’ve tried creating a new account. Nothing works. I read the reviews and several other people have had the same exact problem. PMDD is a medical condition and I can’t log my symptoms due to this very crappy app. Do better! Off to go find a new app that works properly.

### 1/5 — Don’t

*2023-10-17, version 1.2.0*

Same thing as the other reviews have said, I’ve used this app for a year and a half and it randomly logged me out today, says “unable to login” with all my info and says it doesn’t recognize my email. It’s very unfortunate to have such a helpful app that is so glitchy and nobody seems to fix. Don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — can no longer access

*2023-10-15, version 1.2.0*

i loved this app and it made communicating my symptoms with my partner so much easier when i wasn’t able to talk through them. however, i am no longer able to access my account after it logged me out and i can’t seem to find a workaround. it’s very frustrating! i assume my data will be lost and i hope the developers figure this issue out that others also seem to be having. many of us rely on this app and there are not many like it

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Really helpful

*2026-04-30, version 1.2.0*

This app is really useful for tracking certain things and is quick and easy to use. I’ve had this app for around 2-3 years now and it is very handy. It has logged me out once but not an issue as it was easy to log back in, the app has multiple features such as a little journal/note bit , a graph to show you any patterns in your symptoms along with other things.

### 5/5 — This app is great

*2023-02-15, version 1.2.0*

Can u make one for IBS??

### 5/5 — Thank You

*2022-11-23, version 1.2.0*

This app is the perfect first step in understanding my PMDD. I find it easy to use and the window that shows the past 30 days gives such a nice clear comparison of your overall symptoms each day. Thank you

### 5/5 — i am so grateful for this app

*2022-10-31, version 1.2.0*

let’s do this!

### 5/5 — Clean and simple

*2022-09-17, version 1.2.0*

Very nice app, with lots of features that other period trackers don’t have. Can you please add password protection (PIN/Face ID) to the app? I don’t love that my data could be seen so easily by anyone picking up my phone.

### 5/5 — Literal life saver and game changer

*2022-06-15, version 1.2.0*

So I never write reviews on anything. Certainly not on App Store apps. However, this app is the most incredible resource I’ve ever seen for PMDD, PMS, transgender people beginning hormone treatment, people curious about how their birth control affects them throughout the month, and even ADHD for some people; based on the symptoms you can track. Not only is this app so unbelievably phenomenal in each of those circumstances it also helps women in possibly mentally and emotionally abusive situations. This app gives them proof positive against being gaslit into thinking they’re just “too emotional,” etc. I CAN NOT recommend this app enough.

Further, this app has made me feel SO much less alone and SO much less crazy. The fact that this app exists at all validates me and my experiences and my emotions. There is also a peer connection feature that allows you the external resource to talk to other people who also struggle with PMDD.

Additionally, it is not only free (no paid upgrades, no hidden subscription fees); it is password protected and treated like legit medical records, so you don’t have to worry about anyone seeing your logs or journals, etc.

If I could give this app an infinite amount of stars, I would. The person who made this app genuinely cares about mental health and PMDD struggles. I cannot thank the developer enough. If you are, for whatever reason, on the fence about downloading, let this review be your guide to do so.

### 5/5 — Incredibly Helpful

*2021-06-01, version 1.1.0*

The symptom tracking alone is so helpful, much more so than the symptoms on other cycle tracking apps. Being able to see the trends over time is something I’m really looking forward to, and think it can provide some incredibly important information of how symptoms occur throughout the cycle.

Thank you for making this—I feel seen and feel hope that as I learn more I will be able to take care of myself better ❤️

### 5/5 — Many improvements made over the years

*2020-10-29, version 1.1.0*

I’ve been using this app for 2 years now, and I find that it has been a super helpful way of managing my PMDD symptoms. It lets me track how I’m feeling, and that has been priceless at times. I’ve had moments where I didn’t feel so great, and I went to log how I was feeling and realized I was entering my PMDD days of the month. This ability to see where I’m has done wonders for my social and professional life. And, it is possible to edit your cycle dates in the app, and I do find fairly ituitive to use. Thank you Me v PMDD folks for this app!!

### 5/5 — Easy to use and no glitches

*2020-07-12, version 1.1.0*

Easy to enter my symptoms and move on with my day :) doesn’t glitch or or forget to save

### 5/5 — great so far..

*2020-03-29, version 1.1.0*

just began using this app today, I really like the symptom tracker. I’m trying to use the journaling aspect but it won’t scroll down any farther so I can’t see what I’m typing. how can I fix this?
