However, Mahindra should provide a slight update in it. Otherwise, this app is extremely useful and wonderfully built, so everyone should definitely use it. Good. Few suggestions 1. Please enable a widget in ios to have the car key metrics available as a widget 2. Car details are not synchronised reliably. All trips are not synchronised. 3. Should allow to connect the app to car even when car is below 20% SOC. Remote command execution can be stopped. Currently connectivity itself is stoped. ### 5/5 — Mahindra is full on scam *2026-07-09* I have a batman edition on every query the support team routes to technical team which is really not technical, and they route it to the customer support and the cycle continues no body knows what to do. This company is a big scam and Anand Mahindra has disturbed the mind and peace of an ev owner. I would request to guys reading this go get an Ola electric but stay away from Mahindra EV. ### 4/5 — Please bring Widget support for iPhone and Apple Watch *2026-06-30* Requesting for you to add support for widgets for the watch and phone. First the app doesn’t work properly for services booking. I managed to book finally but my service was postponed because NBS was overloaded. The second time too I booked after trying and trying on the app. The service I managed to book at Modi Thane is what was saying on the app. However they transferred me to Sewri that is fine but no one has come to take the car. I have Made so many calls but not got any answer. Please stop the sales till you are not equipped with the customer services. Thank you ### 1/5 — Expensive and buggy *2026-05-27* They blocked the IOT instead of entertainment when the plan expired. 5K (discounted to 4K) is expensive to keep using the app. There should be cheaper plans to use connected features while expensive plans of entertainment is needed. The 360 camera doesn’t record important scenarios and is also rarely accessible live even after such high plan demands. Horrible way to earn money. Not buying mahindra in future now. Was already planning for a BE6E but dropped the plan due to such behaviour. Also their support and service is slow. The company made big promises at the time of purchase, but key features like the NFC mobile key are still missing. What’s worse is that there’s been no clear communication or timeline—just empty assurances. In a country where vehicle life is capped at 15 years, wasting over a year without delivering core promised features is unacceptable. That’s a significant chunk of ownership time gone with incomplete functionality. Features like the semi-active suspension system and others were part of the selling point, yet they remain unavailable. This isn’t just about delayed updates—it feels like customers have been misled. When you invest in a premium product, you expect premium commitment, not broken promises. At this point, the app (and the ecosystem around it) feels half-baked. Strongly not recommended unless the company starts delivering what it promised. ### 4/5 — Error message ‘Request incomplete. Try again later’ *2026-05-03* The app is very good. However recently I am experiencing issues in logging. After using Forgot password also same message of ‘Request incomplete.
