For the last four days, the service has been highly unreliable. Milk has either not been delivered, delivered with spilled contents, or delivered very late. On 7th June, my 2 litres of milk arrived after 12 PM and had already curdled. Today, both bottles delivered were spoiled and had a foul smell. Milk is a morning essential and should be delivered by 8 AM. Late or spoiled deliveries make the subscription worthless. Customer support was also unresponsive when I tried to report the issue. Please improve your quality checks, delivery timelines, and customer service.
