I m trying to follow mediterranean diet for a while to reach my health goals, the most overwhelming part for me is calorie calculations and making portions with a variety of options. This app is a game changer for me, it saves me from so much worry and wasting time on internet finding suitable recipes and options. Highly recommend it for beginners in dieting!

I found this app very helpful. It gives me daily/weekly plan depending on my cuisine choice and macro goals. I love the part where I can take picture of my meal and record what I eat.
