The food they offer is genuinely good not just average, but really enjoyable and well-prepared. On top of that the service is quite reliable they manage to deliver everything on time which is always a big plus. I was initially sceptical of their service and have shared few improvement suggestions wrt the packaging and quantity which they were gracefully receptive. I am able to see their services improving day by day. The chefs over there, it’s a pity I can’t appreciate them by name, but they truly deserve credit for their real homely tasty food they are making with skill and care, my deep appreciation goes to them and to all those who strive to deliver the homely food till it reaches my hand. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate placing or modifying orders is super straightforward. The delivery is usually on time and the packaging is neat. My mom stays alone most of the times, initially the food quality dropped. The dishes started tasting horrible and food would always be stale and cold. Now they are simply saying SORRY CANNOT DELIVER FOOD DESPITE OF CHARGING A LUMPSUM AMOUNT BEFOREHAND! Please don’t buy anything from here. Bunch of scammers running this so called food company!!! The delivery person is different every day, so you have to coordinate with them on the phone every time. The worst thing is that the company executives call you every day for trivial reasons, asking for feedback and reminding you to renew subscription. Even if you block their number, they call from different numbers. This behaviour is unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointed | 3 days subscription *2025-06-01* I subscribed to the Deluxe Meal plan—thankfully only for 3 days to try it out. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a regrettable experience. On the third day, after having the second meal (dinner), I suffered from indigestion and a severely upset stomach. I had doubts when I noticed bubbles and a sour taste in the dal, but since it contained tomatoes, I assumed it might be fine. That was clearly a mistake. This experience raises serious concerns about food quality and hygiene. I cannot recommend this vendor to anyone looking for safe and hygienic meals. They don’t follow their menu schedules most of the time and even after complaining multiple times, they don’t take any action. They didn’t deliver food 1 day and someday random some random food is delivered. Later they ask for delivery fee for the days food were not delivered or the days random food were delivered . I mailed them multiple times but no action was taken. I am never going to refer this to anyone. ### 1/5 — Worst Meal Delivery Service *2025-03-13* Extremely bad service. Really admire the homecooks who make such wonderful food. I wish I could take it from the directly without having to go through this pathetic company. I think the good old ways of getting a tiffin dabba is the way to go. Everyday they will send you the meals through a different delivery person via porter who will call you 5 times to confirm the address or give them an otp. If I have subscribed to a service why should I be expected to coordinate deliveries everyday for all 3 meals. And they never stick to the menu. I have received poha two days this week for breakfast and this is the norm rather than the exception. I end up calling customer service alsmost every week for one issue or the other.
