When you make your first purchase you thought it’s a one time thing, nothing listed in the item as it’s a SUBSCRIPTION, and they just kept charging until you noticed, and they won’t refund!

Thanks for your comment and we have taken user experience very seriously. Therefore, a thorough investigation has been done to reveal all the facts as below.
- The App show details and obvious reminds about the difference of subscriotion orders and single orders. On the order screen, a banner about subscription discount, and bold word about sub-ordering are displayed clearly. Then in the checkout screen a subscription discount is shown in obvious orange color. Also the mandatorily played tutorial explains about single and sub orders difference.
- We checked your order history, which proved you are fully aware of placing a sub-order eventually. On 2024-04-03 at 17:33:38 UTC you have add a single order to your cart. But later you removed it and on 2024-04-03 at 23:45:14 UTC you added a sub order to your cart and eventually checked out. You have gone through multiple passes of the process to fully tell the difference, then decided to put a sub-order.
- We do allow skip/cancel of a sub order if it's 24 hours before the delivery (the cutoff time). Because we are a platform and we do need to confirm the final orders to the food vendors after the cutoff. So when you request a full refund when the delivery is already started, it is not feasible for us to do so. This is also clearly indicated in our user terms.

We have tried to achieve the best user satisfaction by offering you a credit refund, after your meal being attamped to be delivered and failed as you rejected to receive it. So your accuse is not true, and is misleading.

Easy to order, well structured app. Pleasant design. Rare thing in Canada to be honest :D Thank you for bringing quality in our community!

They cook much better than myself so my kids now finish their lunch much better than before when I have to cook for them.
Also they host a very high standard for safety and quality, I have ordered for myself as well for times, and really enjoyed the fresh and quality foods!

I don’t like the pizza and pasta from cause they are not balance diet. After I know Mealbets and I have been ordering from Mealbets for a few months for my kids - and the experience so far is wonderful!! The meals are wonderful and the small size is big for my kids and my kids are happy with their meals! And I can get out of bed at least 30 mins later - don’t need to worry for their lunch!! If my kids want something else for lunch, it is quite flexible to cancel as well!
