### 5/5 — Quick and easy

*2022-10-07, version 1.2.3*

This app is simple and straight to the point

### 5/5 — Cute and useful! Wish I could see text in photos

*2022-07-31, version 1.2.3*

I love the aesthetics. I used other photo journal apps and this is simple and effective at being able to review my daily food intake.

One thing I do wish—
When I add notes to a food pic, I wish I could see the text OVER the photo when I go back to the main page with all the photos.

For example, I might add like “1 cup” as a note to a cup of juice. When I finish the note and go back to see the main page where all the photos are, I want to see “1 cup” across that photo of the juice.

### 5/5 — Useful and relatively simple little app

*2022-02-23, version 1.2.3*

I have enjoyed using it and I think charging to see previous days is fair, but I think it’s a bit much for what it is at the moment. I wish there was an option for square non-moving photos like a gallery and if that was there I think this app would be even better.

### 5/5 — Very simple, easy to use and efficient!

*2022-01-19, version 1.2.3*

I love how this app doesn’t require calorie counting and exact measurement logging like others do. I also love how simple it is to quickly take a picture of a meal and being able to comment on it. The pictures are organized well. Overall very well made and designed!

### 5/5 — New Years health movement

*2022-01-06, version 1.2.3*

I bought this to help me keep track of my food intake. I looks like it’s going to work great. ( as long as you use it. )
Who doesn’t have their phone on them anyway.
Plus I love taking pics of the food I make. This will help me locate those pics and not bog down my stored photos.
I purchased the paid version. My only question is was that a one time payment or is it per month or per year?

### 5/5 — Simple

*2021-10-20, version 1.2.3*

Does exactly what I want no more no less

### 5/5 — Exactly what I needed.

*2020-08-19, version 1.2.3*

I needed an app that collects daily visuals of what I’m eating without all the diet pressure and fuss. Just pictures, and as many as I need to load. This is perfect.

### 5/5 — A Simple + Great App!

*2020-06-18, version 1.2.3*

So simple and exactly what I needed.

### 5/5 — Minimalistic and mindful

*2020-05-27*

Ive just been using this app for a couple of days and have been very pleased with the process of tracking my meal in a simple and effective way. Its helped me to realize what im putting in my stomach.

the little bubbles bouncing around is a very fun touch and make it seem like a visualization of my stomach contents. Lol. I only wish there were a button to lock the bubbles so they don't fly around as try to make sense of the pictures.

### 5/5 — Great

:)

### 5/5 — Simple and fun

*2020-02-08, version 1.2.3*

This is exactly what I was looking for - a quick and easy way to keep a photo food journal without the distraction of social media. This app is easy to use and isn’t weighted down with extra features I don’t need. It’s not trying to sell me diet programs or assuming I am interested in losing weight. Best of all, I love the playful aesthetic of this app.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2019-11-25, version 1.2.3*

It really helps to see a visual of a days meals. Sure was an eye opener. Is the fee to see previous meals a one time fee?

### 5/5 — Exactly what I wanted

*2019-08-07, version 1.2.2*

Regular tracking too cumbersome? Try this. Review what you ate at the end of the day, then plan for better choices tomorrow!

### 5/5 — Omg brilliant!! Simple and fun!!

*2019-07-24, version 1.2.2*

I wanted something SIMPLE to track what I eat. This is definitely it!! The layout is great. So much fun! Lol Thank you! I’m tired of obsessing over numbers - I mean really a lot of us know what is healthy and what isn’t! Especially if you been tracking your foods for awhile now. Just like the developer said, “what colors have I eaten? Am I getting enough water? Etc... Love it!

### 5/5 — How great is this!?

*2019-07-20, version 1.2.2*

I just started using this app yesterday and already love it! I’ve tried so many times to keep track of what I eat everyday, only to get bogged down by the tediousness of figuring out and entering every bit of food. I think this app is the solution. It provides an easy, fun and sustainable way to keep track of what I consume each day. I really like how how the photos “drop” into the screen and bounce around as I move my phone, such a simple thing, but makes it a delight to use. And this app will provide an easy way to give me a daily snapshot view of what I have been eating/drinks that I can scroll back through. I really like the ability to view a day summary with timestamps as well.

Only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to see my notes in the daily snapshot. Or is that already possible?

Was a little surprised that I had to purchase the app to see past meals, but did not hesitate... SO worth it.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 2/5 — Not worth the price.

*2019-06-04, version 1.2*

The camera does not zoom in or out making you take pictures from around four feet from the plate. If you want to see more than one day you have to pay ($3.99). Pictures are saved either on the phone or the web you can’t go between the two. Don’t like how the pictures move then get out of order, making you go to a another screen to see the oder in which you took them. That screen has the pictures very tiny as well.

### 4/5 — It’s a great app, but…

*2022-08-16, version 1.2.3*

I find this app really useful. I like the simple and clean design, also it’s really enjoyable to watch how circles with food are moving on the screen. The only thing that i don’t like it’s that the app is telling me that i need to buy a paid version to continue to use it, but there is no information if it’s one time payment or if it’s a monthly subscription. Also it would be nice to have a dark mode.

### 4/5 — Easy but Missing Important Tool

*2020-04-24, version 1.2.3*

This app must have a notes per day feature to track the effects of the food in the pictures.

### 4/5 — App

*2019-11-09, version 1.2.3*

This is a really good and helpful app, just it would be nice if the pictures of meals didn’t move around, stayed in place

### 4/5 — Love!

*2018-05-30, version 1.1*

I love this app. I was using another meal picture app, but I like the fun layout of this one. Perfect for increasing accountability and tracking eating habits without having to track calories. I love being able to see all the pictures on one screen. My only suggestion is maybe adding some background options to make the aesthetic even better, and I would really love the option of a reminder to take pictures. That's the only thing my other app has that this one doesn't.

### 4/5 — Simple but attractive UI; missing only a “repost” option

*2017-11-07, version 1.1*

Really like how fast it is to log a meal, especially not being forced (like other apps of its kind) to analyse the foods in the meal before a post can be completed. This app has a “Notes” option which suffices if I want to write in details at a later time. Also, really like that I can log meals without needing internet! This is probably because the app is focused on food tracking as a personal journal (which I really appreciate) than another mean of social networking.

I do have some suggestions which I think would make the app even better:
-Ability to Repost a meal (photo and notes, if any) to make logging even more efficient e.g. for posting leftovers!
-Ability to Like or Favourite a post, and then a place to view all those posts that people want to distinguish for some reason
-Make Notes easier to view by putting them on the same page as the corresponding photo when the photo has been selected. So rather than need to perform an extra step to access Notes, people can just scroll down if the Notes are beneath the photo
-Ability to enter a text post, in case people forget to take a photo of a meal they they still want to log.

Thanks a lot!

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2026-07-17, version 2.2*

I got so tired of the complex apps. I just wanted to track things simply. Then, if I want to go and log for macros, calories, etc, I just look at my photos at the end of the day and I’m set. I have been so much more accurate because I never blow off logging. It’s simple and quick. At restaurants, traveling, grabbing a snack, all those times when you don’t want to stop and use a bunch of pull downs and navigate to select food and quantities. It is exactly what I needed.

### 5/5 — Simple and functional!

*2025-12-31, version 2.2*

I’ve used many meal tracking apps in the past and am so glad I stumbled upon this one. It’s simple to use and extremely functional. I am loving not having the ‘stress’ of all of the bells and whistles on the cumbersome and complicated tracking apps. All we “need” is the knowledge of WHAT we ate to keep ourselves in line with our goals. We’re stressing ourselves out and complicating life with measuring to exactness to count calories and macros. I get that some need to do that but most of us don’t. Keeping it simple is the key to success. The quick swipe for viewing the eating/fasting window was an awesome update, and having all of the photos I took through the day all in one place is what’s keeping me going. It was 100% worth the in-app purchase to see days in the past at a swipe as well. I hope this app developer keeps the app active as it’s the best I’ve ever worked with. I will for sure be recommending it to others.

### 5/5 — Minimalistic and mindful

### 5/5 — The absolute best food logging/fasting app in the App Store!

*2025-03-29, version 2.1*

I’ve been using this app for years to stay at my goal weight and never expected it to be updated nor expected it to be better (since I felt it was perfect as it was) but this developer is just amazing! The latest fasting update and updated widgets are simply amazing! Thank you!!!

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great and simple

*2024-10-15, version 1.2.3*

Pls update calendar… It’s hard to see the perivious days quickly. I didn’t track for a while and I wanted check previous days but that’s inconvenient. It’d be great if there’s be an indicator if there’s any photos at specific day.
Thank you for the app.

### 5/5 — Fun and easy food tracker!

*2024-08-16, version 1.2.3*

It helps so much to visualize what I eat. I can see my day or my week at one time to record. The bouncing ball pictures make it so colorful fun. This is the easiest food photo app out there!

### 5/5 — Exactly what I was looking for

*2023-04-11, version 1.2.3*

Simple, no frills, photo journal of meals. That’s exactly what I was looking for. I don’t want to track calories, just the photos to show the variety I’m eating. Adding notes and duplicating meals is a good feature too, but don’t need anything else! Love it.

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2023-02-10, version 1.2.3*

It’s so simple and easy. I love that there is nothing about the app encouraging weight loss or gain. It has really helped me pay attention to what I am eating without guilting me.

### 5/5 — 🍇✨

*2023-01-28, version 1.2.3*

Would love to see the widget work on the homepages but such a cool app!!

### 5/5 — This App is GENIUS!

*2023-01-26, version 1.2.3*

I almost never write reviews. This app is a hidden gem. Exactly what I was looking for to easily visually track my meals throughout the day. It’s a pleasure to use. Thank you! Well worth the paid upgrade.
