### 2/5 — Very disappointed with the service and food quality.

*2026-05-17*

Very disappointed with the service and food quality. Initially the taste was amazing, and even 5 people joined based on my recommendation. But now the quality has become very poor, and sometimes they even deliver the wrong items.

**Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear that the quality and service have not remained consistent, especially after you had a good experience initially and recommended us to others. We truly appreciate that support.

We’ve been continuously improving our meals based on customer feedback, and we take both food quality and wrong-item issues seriously. Please raise a ticket through the app or call us at 054 305 9924 so we can understand the specific issues you faced and work on them.
