## What is Mealumo?

Build a clearer picture of your daily nutrition with Mealumo. Track meals, calories, macronutrients, water, and weight in one place, with AI photo estimates to help you start a food entry.

SCAN AND REVIEW YOUR MEALS
Take a meal photo or choose one from your library to estimate ingredients, portions, calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Review the results, adjust portions, and edit ingredients before saving your meal.

KEEP A DAILY FOOD JOURNAL
See your daily calorie goal, logged meals, and macro totals. Search foods and add ingredients to keep your entries useful and personal.

MAKE ROOM FOR EVERYDAY HABITS
Log water, record your weight, and follow your progress over time. Explore recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

PERSONALIZE YOUR TARGETS
Enter your goals, body measurements, and activity preferences to generate estimated daily nutrition targets. Update your personal information as your routine changes.

Meal photos and the profile details needed to generate nutrition targets are sent to an external AI service for processing. An internet connection is required for AI features. Nutrition estimates may be inaccurate; review them before use. Mealumo is for general wellness and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
