For me the app is buggy especially when inputting any address. The website is even worse and simple does nothing when I input my address or any address. Sadly it’s to the point it’s frustrating to use and forces me to use competitors. Mealzo is considerably cheaper than most other food delivery apps and has frequent discount codes up for grabs. After about half an hour trying to order food with endless crashes i deleted It and just called the delivery place. If I could give it no stars I would . ### 1/5 — Poor app *2026-02-20* I had ordered at 5:30 pm and was advised my delivery would be around 6:10pm around 6:45pm I messaged the chat help who advised they would call the restaurant they then advised the restaurant had now cancelled and I would get a refund. Called the restaurant who said they only got notification of the delivery 10 minutes beforehand and cancelled it right away. Chat team couldn’t give me an answer as to why the restaurant never received at at 5:30pm and was advised they would look into at 7:15pm … no food no gesture of good will and time wasted. The restaurant unexpectedly closed and cancelled my order. Not the app’s fault, but 5-10 days for the app to refund is excessive. I don’t think I’ll be trying the app a second time. ### 1/5 — Very buggy *2025-11-14, version 10.5.0* There is no clear way to create a log in. It doesn’t allow you to easily add different items to you basket, doesn’t add them at all and keeps asking you to log in constantly. A real pain to use and I gave up. Just ordered over phone or went to shop to order. ### 1/5 — Can’t even select my address *2025-07-20, version 10.1.0* Meaning I can’t even get to the point of looking at restaurants. ### 1/5 — Offers not received *2025-05-27, version 4.10* App offered a 10%discount on first order, but I was unable to get it ! ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2025-03-27* Terrible experience tried to creat and account which seemed to fail as app stopped responding. Then tried to reset password just in case account created but failed as expected. So tried creating account again and said already existed and to login which failed. Anything else just results in a long wait followed by a ‘timed out’ message. ### 1/5 — Worst food ordering app, ever *2023-12-07, version 4.6* The app wouldn’t let me log in with Apple ID. It wouldn’t let me sign up with a new account using email. Once I finally did - signed up online then logged in - couldn’t then pay with Apple Pay.
